Mr. Take Ya B**ch (Lil Mabu x Blueface)

At What Cost?

Lil Mabu saw that he had gotten a text from Blueface when he woke up.

'Come to LA. We're gonna host the Grammys'

Mabu was ecstatic. He grew up watching awards shows on TV and couldn't believe that he was going to be attending one, let alone being the one hosting it. Also he was thankful that people were taking him seriously or at least thought of him as a sure way to bring publicity.

But then he thought of Blueface and his mood soured. He hasn't recovered from their last interaction and was worrried about how Blueface was going to act when they saw each other again. Mabu thought he would just act like nothing had happened between them like he did before but he knew he would still feel uncomfortable. He didn't like how Blueface pretended like things were normal between them but also admired his professionalism. 

When Mabu arrived at LAX he saw more paparazzi than the last time he had been there. Mabu went to Blueface's house this time and Blueface greeted him at the door.

"Hey man."

"Hey."

They went inside and Blueface's manager and staff explained what they are going to do at the Grammys. After that they ate food and talked about where Mabu was going to stay while waiting for the Grammys.

"You can stay here if you want." Blueface said.

"Should I?"

"Yes. I got plenty of rooms and you can stay in one of them and we can practice our speeches and stuff together."

"Ok thanks man."

"No problem."

It was nighttime when they finished their meal.

"You can take one of the guest rooms. Call me if you need something. Good night."

"Good night."

Mabu went into one of the rooms and went to bed after unpacking his things.

Mabu couldn't fall asleep. He wasn't used to sleeping in places other than his home and he also kept thinking about the fact him and Blue were in the same house together. After tossing and turning for about an hour, he decided to go downstairs to get some water.

When Mabu was drinking his water he heard footsteps coming down the stairs. 

"Hey." said Blueface.

"Hey."

"Couldn't sleep?"

"No."

Blueface poured water to a cup while Mabu sat at the dinner table and kept sipping on water.

"Have you ever been in love?" Blueface asked.

Mabu almost spat out his water. He asked that question out of nowhere and he wasn't sure why.

"...no. Have you?"

"Yeah. I'm kind of surprised that you haven't though. But I guess I hadn't experienced love when I was your age either."

"What does being in love feel like?" Mabu asked the question that he wanted to know the answer to for a long time.

"Like a rollercoaster ride. The feeling when you're on top of the ramps and you feel invincible but the scare of what's gonna happen next that adds to the joy. Then the moment where you feel like you're floating above your seat and when you go down and the spark you feel in your heart."

"I haven't felt that way for a long time."

"..."

"Until I met you." Blueface grabbed Mabu's face and kissed him.
