Alara has always been hard-working, both in her studies and jobs. Even with her demanding job and boss, she does her best, finishing everything way before the due date, making sure her boss will be proud of her.
Alara lives for that praise, it's the thing that gets her moving on. With having an emotionally absent father, that praise from older men ignites her childhood soul. Getting that thing she could never experience in her childhood caused things in her. Things that needed therapy. A thing we all know and "love"...DADDY ISSUES.
At first, it was her high school teacher, surprisingly, her history teacher? Then, it moved to her college professor, who became her tutor. And now it's her boss, the CEO of a famous but not well known in the eyes of the public, mostly business people. Like those important companies with much control over many modern things, the background company. You may not know them, but they know you ;].

Well... I gotta say, I might be self-projecting into this story, and I apologize beforehand. And, of course, English is not my first language but my second. This won't be the greatest masterpiece in the world; grammar will be off, and some parts might not make sense. I may forget about this piece entirely and never update, apologies ;].
I was playing around with this character in c.ai (character ai), and the chat started getting too good. I just had to make it an actual story. The character's name was Arnold, but that name ain't moanable at all, Nathaniel is fs better.
I hope you enjoy it, and I hope this is a good story for you all. And I also hope it enhances your daddy issues😈. BTW, if you just want to go straight into the story, go ahead, skip the first chapter. It'll make sense either way, with knowing the backstory and without, well i hope it does. (Alara got daddy issues, that's really all that matters).
