I am a Cybertronian. There's nothing to it really. Well- at least to us. I'm sure to other species across this vast universe would disagree. Some may find us complex or interesting, terrifying, cute. It's up to them and how their inner processing circuitry functions.
We don't know what's out there, how far or where they would even be. There's trillions upon trillions of stars out there. So far, no one has found the true wall of the universe. At least on our world. Who knows? Maybe there's a huge planet out there with beings that are 50 times the size of us. Or maybe a planet where there's beings 50 times smaller than us? We haven't been everywhere. Distance between planets and our own edges of our galaxies takes a long time even for us. This universe may take gazillions upon gazillions of centuries to truly figure out and map and detail everything in existence. A time I doubt any living organism would last to see from start to finish. Or maybe there is? I don't know.
I've been on this Primus forsaken ship with a bunch of idiots for years. Decades. Centuries. Time's weird when the suns aren't rising and the moons aren't setting. How long have I been alive? I have no clue. How long has anyone been alive? Why are we here? Why are we fighting this Primus forsaken war? It's idiotic.
However, I do remember an old story one of my friends told me. An old and very good story from a long lost friend of mine:
"Before time began, there was the cube. We know not where it comes from, only that it holds the power to create worlds and fill them with life. That is how our race was born. For a time we lived in harmony, but like all great power; some wanted it for good, others, for evil, and so began the war. A war that ravaged our planet until it was consumed by death, and the cube was lost to the far reaches of space."
"Are you still listening to that old thing?"
The recording device clicks off. I run my digit over to one of the other buttons and makes another click before whirring to life and rewinding the audio. I lifted my head, my red eyes bouncing their glow at the sharp, black, and torn up walls of this ship. "Yeah. And what's your problem with it? Bonecrusher?" I turn my head to face the large decepticon.
"That Prime has seriously done something to you. It's sad almost." He walks over, looming over my figure as I sat on the ground, my pedes crossed.
I stand up and push his large form out of the way with both of my arms. "Just frag off." I walk into the room across the way that was in the center of the ship. One of the soldiers throw me over a glass of high grade and I bring it to my dermas
"Oh I'm sorry... did we catch you moping because you can't be with your one of your big dominant leaders that are always rearranging your circuits?" I had just now noticed Barricade in the corner of the room.
I slam my cup on the table and snap my head over, my eyes hiding from his view. "Do any of you ever shut up?"
Bonecrusher walks in and grasps Barricade's hand, shaking it lightly as a 'way to go'. I knew for sure they both were smiling. They loved to tease on individuals that were smaller than them, more absent minded, and easier to pick on— or off.
I stand up from my chair, leaving my half drunken glass of HG on the counter. As I leave the room, Bonecrusher flips my wings up with his extra appendage. "Knock that off." I tell him.
I walk over to the bridge of the ship and sit on the floor, resting against a window of the ship. Scorponok comes over and rests his head in my lap. I rub the metal form of his head as he chirps softly. I look over to the weapons console control system, seeing Blackout remove his gaze from me. He had been taking care— watching over me for stellar cycles since it was getting difficult for me in our army. I see my creator sitting in the throne of the ship, his fins fluttering while he thought. I try to keep my gaze off him but it was hard, knowing how deceptive he was. He was even trickier than Megatron.
