Carrot cake

Ingredients

500g Flour
230g White Sugar
300g Oil
130g Brown Sugar
6 Eggs
1tbsp Vanilla Flavour
1tbsp Cinnamon
2tsp Baking soda
2tsp Salt
1tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
450g Grated Carrot

Directions

1. In your mixing bowl combine and mix your oil, white sugar and Brown Sugar. 2. In another bowl sieve flour and combine all dry ingredients together. so you add cinamon, baking soda, salt. baking powder, nutmeg 3.Break your eggs, add to the oil and sugar mixture when done, gentle fold in the flour mixture. and fold in your grated carrot. Pour into a pan and bake.

Preparation:10min Cooking: 40min Ready in:20min

Note: Do not over mix so it does not become too fluffy. Options You can add nuts and raisins to it.

INGREDIENTS
Apple - 180g
Carrot-160g
Egg-2Flour-250g
Brown sugar-180g
Baking soda-1tsp
Sunflower oil-35g
Cinnamon-11/2 tsp
Salt-1tsp
Baking powder-2tsp
Pecan-60g
Buttermilk-1/2 cup

DIRECTION 1. Wash and grate apples and carrot evenly. 2. In another bowl measure and sieve flour, cinnamon, baking soda ,salt and Baking powder together. 3. Mix oil and brown sugar then add in eggs. 4. Fold in flour mixture in 3 batches alternating with buttermilk. fold in apple, carrot and pecan nuts. 5. Pour the batter into a pan, tap pan and bake till is done.
