          I'm sitting next to Lana on our bed, scrolling through twitter, trying to kill time as the GRAMMY nominations are announced. She's asleep still, but I'm wide awake. She really deserves at least a few. This last album was amazing and deserves AOTY. I keep refreshing the timeline until I see @PopBase's new tweet.

Candy Necklace

            Her first nomination is Candy Necklace. I don't know if she'll win, but at least she has a chance. I'm relieved she's gotten at least one. Candy Necklace is amazing and it really deserves this recognition.

          After a few more minutes of refreshing, the Best Alternative Music Album nominations are announced.

          Another one. Perfect. It's not AOTY, but it is alternative aoty, which she very much should win, I'm confident about this one. Two nominations already! I glance over at Lana and make sure she's still sleeping, she is. She seems so unbothered as if the GRAMMY nominations aren't coming out right now. I guess she doesn't really care about them much after they robbed her for NFR. Billie's album was great but NFR deserved it.

          A few more minutes go by and the Song Of The Year nominations are available.

           Another one! A&W! I'm smiling so wide and I just know Lana will be so excited once she wakes up. Three nominations already. I go back to my timeline and see all the Lana stans freaking out over this. Things like "MOTHER HAS THREE NOMINATIONS" and "CANDY NECKLACE SOLOS THOSE OTHER KHIA COLLABS" are being said. I lightly laugh at their reactions, I love her fans so much. I glance at her again and stare for a few seconds. She has no idea.

          While I'm taking all this in, the Album Of The Year nominations are announced.

          She actually did it. She was nominated for AOTY again.

        I look over at Lana and notice her eyes begin to flutter open and a few soft moans escape her mouth as she sits up next to me.

"Good morning," She says, still half asleep.

"Good morning, my love. Guess what?" I ask.

"Hm? What?" She responds.

"You have some Grammy nominations." I tell her.

"Really? Which ones?" She asks excitedly.

"Let's see... There's Candy Necklace for Best Pop Duo Performance, Dykttatuob for Best Alternative Album, A&W for Song Of The Year, and-" She cuts me off before I can finish.

"There's more?? Wow." She says in disbelief.

"Yeah, there's more, you deserve them." I say, "Dykttatuob for Album Of The Year."

"WHAT? Album Of The Year?? Really!?" She asks in shock.

"Yes! And it looks like A&W was also nominated for Best Alt Music Performance!" I tell her.

"Oh my God. That's like... 5?" She asks.

"Yeah! I'm so proud of you." I quickly respond.

          As the two of us are stuck in this moment, she breaks out of her completely shocked state and wraps her arms around my neck, pulling me in for a kiss. It's slow and gentle. We're in this moment together and nothing in this world could ruin it.
