Matt always asks for concent whenever he and Edd have a sexual intercourse.
When Edd says no then Matt doesn't continue but if Edd says yes him and Matt do 'it'-
Same goes for Tom, he asks Tords concent first.
( I headcanon the dominant ones to ask concent to the bottoms since for obvious reasons, if a person does not wish to continue the intercourse but the second person still continues, that is called rape now. )
