sipping on the leftover wine in my cup I looked at Tai. this time he was already looking at me. I smiled "Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked him chuckling. my stomach began to flutter. he didn't say anything. he just kept looking at me. moving closer to me every second. I began to grow nervous. by this point, my hands were sweating.
he moved his hand from off the floor towards the back of my neck. moving our faces closer to which we were now just an inch apart. before I could say anything.
We kissed
Maybe by this point, it was the alcohol talking. And that's why he decided to kiss me. By now it was around 10:30 pm. In all honesty, I wasn't planning on being out long today, but I'm glad I did. When he kissed me it took me by surprise. After around 30 seconds I'd gotten used to his lips. they were soft and fit perfectly with mine. Our mouths moved in sync for around 2 minutes before he removed his lips from mine. we stared at each other for around 5 minutes.his hand still around the back of my neck
It wasn't awkward. It was comforting. He began to smile and so did I. "What was that for?" I asked him. "you're just beautiful. I couldn't help myself." he said to me. still smiling. I began to blush. "Thank you, " I said. we once again began to just stare at each other. "you wanna get going? It's almost eleven o'clock." Tai asked me. I nodded. and we both stood up and began to pack our things to get ready to go.
once we had finished cleaning up we headed back to his car. placing all the things in the trunk. he opened the passenger door for me "Thank you very much". I said to him smiling. I think we had a thing for just staring at each other. He really was a good-looking man. He honestly made me feel like I was a teenager again. it was strange.
