"Eyy! Did you hear that a new student is gonna join us today?"

"Is the new student boy or a girl?"

"I don't know man. I just hope he or she is a charming darling."

Murmurs and gossips heard all around the class as curiosity flooded the students mind as they grew more and more curious after hearing from their home room teacher that someone new was going to join them.

Not much details was heard about that newcomer. But the news of his or her's arrival alone raised a fire of excitement among the whole class.

Well-

Not for everyone. Obviously.

Even though maximum percentage of the students were excited and looking forward to their new classmate, there was also a portion who couldn't care less about their arrival.

They could only think "What's so exciting in a new student joining? Are they a celebrity? Bruh."

"HYUNNIEE!" A familiar dolphin squeal was heard from a distance and the called out male didn't even need to turn his head towards the direction because he already knew who it was.

"Geez- You noisy dolphin, keep it down. Taehyun is right there." There added another done tone just beside the extra hyper male known as Hueningkai.

Hueningkai just stuck his tongue out at the older male who scolded him just a few seconds ago also the oldest among their trio, Yeonjun. And basically earning himself a glare.

"YOU Little-

Hueningkai just fled away from the older and sat right beside his same aged bestie who till then didn't tear his gaze away from the text book he was reading. He couldn't care less. And moreover it was nothing new.

The latter just huffed before sighing shaking his head signalling to the oldest that 'Taehyun doesn't even bother to look up.'

Yeonjun just shrugged in return because he had already gotten used to this types of tactics and nerdy attitude from the younger. But still sometimes this attitude also got on his and Hueningkai's nerves too.

Like now.

Okay enough.

Yeonjun signalled the younger to snatch the book Taehyun was so glued on to and Hueningkai did exactly that. Within the next one second, the book had been snatched away earning a startled look from Taehyun.

"Huening what the hell?"

"Damn you are so focused on your lover that you forgot to look at us?" Taehyun just sharply glared at the younger who shrugged brushing off that obvious warning that said "Another word, and I will kill you."

"At least talk to us at this moment. Your study is not running away. You have friends come on bro."

Taehyun sighed because the younger was lowkey right. And he might be overdoing this things.

"Fine. What were you saying earlier though?" Taehyun asked curiously. Hueningkai chuckled and just kept the snatched book back to the desk.

"Forget it. By the way heard that there is gonna be a new student today."

"Hmm heard it at least a thousand times by now. It's getting on my nerves." The younger male stifled his laugh at the annoying tone of the latter.

"Come on don't be such a boomer. The whole class is excited. Why don't you show a little excitement too?" Obviously Huening was teasing the older and it worked like a charm because Taehyun shot a death glare to the younger.

"I swear. Don't force me to curse you." Hueningkai continued to laugh loudly being fully satisfied from the reaction. The younger male couldn't help but sigh after a moment of silence when the latter didn't talk again focusing on writing something.

Not that Taehyun is rude. His nature is just like that. Cold and reserved type. Maybe Arrogant too.

"I swear, Taehyun. Someone please come and help Taehyun discard this arrogance."

Hueningkai thought to himself. Well the younger did make this wish mindlessly but who knows it will get actually true?
