Introduction

At the end of world war II, France had won a glorious victory with its allies and The Algerians were promised their independence as a reward for participating in the war, But when it came to fulfilling that promise, it was a lie. On May 8th, 1945, thousands of pacific protesters were killed due to the French army's brutality that would cause the Algerian people to rise up, raging up a flame that would lead France into ruin, and that flame is "The Algerian Revolution". Led by men who were of wild spirit but deep knowledge, the Algerian revolution would become the symbol of liberation and empowerment all around the world, ending the colonial period of the 20th century, and as it is a story that tells not only about sacrifices and battles but also about how men and women, who weren't seen as equal at the time, came to unite as one in love of the country they resisted for, and a lesson that many had strived from, The Algerian Revolution is a treasured part of history that will never be forgotten both by the young and the old.
