The Bunny And His Dolly

Chapter 1

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hey! This is my first ever fanfic so I'm kinda nervous about what you'll say about it lol. If I make any mistakes, please feel free to comment so I can always make room for improvement! This is a Jax x Ragatha fanfic cuz I just love the ship sm and I've already read all the existing ones ;-; That's enough from me ty, I hope you enjoy! <3

NARRATOR'S POV

After brushing her hair and patting down the creases on her dress, Ragatha happily skipped her way down the vast halls of the circus to her new friend's room: Pomni. She was told by Caine to call her since they were doing another one of his silly adventures again, and besides, she had wanted to check up on her to see how she was doing anyway. Her first day hadn't went so well... Kaufmo literally got abstracted! Ragatha also went all glitchy when she got too close to the abstracted Kaufmo, but luckily Caine had managed to fix her. Sometimes, Ragatha  wonders what would've happened if Caine didn't save her.. Never mind that! It's a brand new day and we wouldn't want any negative thoughts to bring us down would we?

There was Pomni's door. Ragatha knocked three times before it opened and Pomni came out shyly. "Oh, Pomni! I hope your feeling okay, well, considering what happened on your first day.. Anyway, Caine told me to bring you to the dining table since we're having breakfast and he's about to announce his 'amazing'adventure for today..."

"O-oh okay." Said Pomni nervously. After all, she was still trying to get used to this place.

"Want me to walk you there? Actually, I'm going there anyway." 

"Oh, I suppose you could."

Ragatha and Pomni strolled towards the main hall, until suddenly, Ragatha stumbled to the ground.  "UAAAAAA!" Ragatha yelled, her pretty face crashing with the rough floor. She jerked her head up and got up off her knees to see a slender purple rabbit flashing his wide yellow grin at her, his foot sticking out. "Woops, sorry dollface. Better watch where your going next time, huh?" 

How had Ragatha not seen him infront of her as she was walking? "JAX!" Ragatha shouted as she brushed the dust off her dress and fixed her bow.

"What? You walked into me." Jax said.

"You shouldn't have stuck your foot out like that! I know you did that on purpose."

"You silly doll. Of course I didn't do it on purpose! Oh, and you may want to be cautious the next time you enter your room. I know just how much you love centipedes~"

"Jax, this is literally my biggest fear, why would you do this!?"

"Relax dolly, see you at breakfast." And just like that, he sassily walked away.

Of course this wasn't anything new for Ragatha, Jax calling her all sorts of nicknames and pulling pranks. Precisely, putting centipedes in her room. Feeling frustrated, Ragatha continued her walk with Pomni. It was silent for a while until Pomni finally broke the silence, "R-Ragatha?".

Feeling a little startled, Ragatha replied, "Oh, yes Pomni?"

"Does this usually happen? You know, Jax teasing you?"

"Oh yeah, usually. He does that to everyone, you'll get used to him, dont worry."

Eventually, the two girls made it to the main hall where the long table was already set with digital food, utensils and drinks. It's such a shame the performers in this circus will never be able to taste real, human food. But Ragatha likes to keep things positive and believes that someday her and the others WILL get out of here. Someday..

Ragatha immediately noticed the two seats left for her and Pomni weren't next to each other, but one was next to Gangle and the other next to.. Jax.

It seemed as if Jax startled Pomni so much already, Ragatha just decided to let Pomni sit next to Gangle and she'd just have to face Jax's annoyance. The worst thing was that Ragatha's seat was on the end so she didn't even have anyone else to talk to apart from Jax! Oh boy.
