There she lies. Wide awake and staring at the sealing. Nothing on her mind except the next exam paper that she has to write tomorrow.
She's stressing. After all, this is the exam that makes or breaks her future. And she's not one bit exited.
She thinks about her wonderful fox demon, Kurama. 'He could help her, right? But it's one in the morning, why would he be awake? But he did say to call him when there's something bothering her. But then she'll be bothering him. She can't do that...no... She'll feel bad. But she's already feeling bad. Fuck it.'
After arguing with herself for thirteen minutes, she grabs her phone, opening her last texts to him and she starts typing.

I can't sleep.

She puts her phone off and just closes her eyes for a moment. Nothing on her mind. She jumps into a sitting position when she hears a knock on the door. She stands up slowly and walks to the door opening it to see the one, the only, kurama.
She smiles at him and opens the door wider for him
"How did you get in? I swear my front door was locked. Oh, and why are you still awake at this hour? It's past midnight-" she gets cut off
"No need to worry, dear. I was just studying late." Kurama answers her and sits on her bed.
"studying late? It's 1 am?" she looks at him confused and flops next to him.
"then why are you texting me at one in the morning?" kurama gives her knowing look.
She sighs and lays down on her back. He joins her, wrapping his arms around her waist.
"I cant sleep... Exams are stressing me out." she replies, rubbing her hand through his soft, red hair.
"then let me help you" He kisses her cheek and she sighs.
"Help me with my exam or sleep?" she looks at him with slight dark bags under her eyes.
"why not both?" kurama suggests as he traps her in his grip. "now lets go to sleep, you have a long day tomorrow and you need rest, love."
She sighs and closes her eyes relaxing her tense body into the comfort of her love and her bed.
