A hairless she-cat who was named Goldenkit was found by the border of AcornClan and a nearby twoleg place and was taken in by a black and brown tom named Mumbleflight who had two other kits, a black tom named Puddlekit and a brown and cream tabby tom named Thriftkit, a blue-gray she-cat took care of them while Mumbleflight went on patrols as their mother sadly passed away. Goldenkit was born selectively mute. The warriors almost instantly wanted Goldenkit to be a medicine cat and would often say that's all she'd be good at. Because Goldenkit was selectively mute, her brother, Thriftkit, would tell her about his crush on a slightly older kit named Nettlekit. After playing mossball with a black and white tom named Longkit, the two become friends.
At 6 moons old, the leader, Cloudstar, announces that Goldenkit will become Goldenpaw and her mentor will be a smoky tom named Breezefang. After a few moons, Cloudstar noticed Goldenpaw struggling with her training and switched her to be a medicine cat apprentice, her new mentor is a cream tabby tom named Larktail. Longpaw would visit Goldenpaw often and she started developing feelings for him and would fantasize about their future together. On his deathbed, Mumbleflight let it slip that Goldenpaw was the result of his secret affair with a kittypet named Rose, he found Goldenpaw curled up to her dead body with her sisters and realized that both Rose and his mate, Tigerstripe had three kits, he told her about how when he found her, he immediately took her in since Thriftpaw and Puddlepaw were meant to have a brother but he died shortly after being born.
At 12 moons old, Larktail took Goldenpaw to the moonstone and they came back, Goldenpaw now named Goldenstripe. Longpaw ran up to her and excitedly told her his new name is Longtrail. Her brothers were now named Puddleeyes and Thrifteye. Brackenash, the deputy, drowned and Cloudstar announces that a pale tortoiseshell-and-white tom named Dayclaw is the new deputy. A few moons passed and Goldenstripe got the courage to ask Longtrail out but rejected her and left, a dark blue-gray tom named Nighteye saw and befriended Goldenstripe. A few more moons passed and Nighteye asked Goldenstripe out, she said yes. Cloudstar gave Goldenstripe an apprentice named Rosepaw who was eager to learn everything about herbs. Goldenstripe went to the moonstone and shared tongues with Mumbleflight's dead kit, Nightkit. Goldenstripe soon got pregnant with two dark blue-gray toms, Reedkit and Deerkit. Rosepaw became Rosejay. Goldenstripe got pregnant again with two more kit, one hairless she-cat named Evakit and a hairless but slightly fuzzy she-cat named Avekit. Sadly, a few days after Evapaw became Evafur and Avekit became Aveice, Goldenstripe was grabbed by an eagle and died. Goldenstripe was 35 moons old.
