Takemichi notices how Haruchiyo has always bit his tongue when it came to him. He sees how he looks away when he talks to any other man, he sees how he clenches his jaw, it should worry or at least scare him that a man is so possessive that he can't stomach seeing his husband be near to other men.
But it doesn't, he acts the same when Haruchiyo is talked to, he just hides it better with fake smiles and laughs to mask the anger—he wants Haruchiyo to let go of that anger and let loose.

He gets him to open up, let's him spill about how he wants to keep him caged in their house and never let him out of his sight, to let him only be praised and admired by him; he understands it's not normal but what is in their life? He eases those fears of him leaving, ever, he grinds down onto him and sobbing, begging for him to take him apart.

Haruchiyo obliges, breaking him down piece by piece just to build him back up again, he glues the pieces of him back together and holds him close to make sure he doesn't fall apart again. It's lovely, just being embraced by someone who knows you in and out and loves for you with all faults included.

This is love.
