Reader's Pov :
"Please just go on few dates with me. If you still don't start liking me then I'll stop bothering you, I promise !" Seungmin pleaded. I sighed and said "Fine !" His face instantly lit up.
Seungmin and I are classmates. It'll be wrong if I say we're just classmates because we're also really good friends. He has a really charming personality which made him popular among all the students in our college. He's really sweet, kind and very jolly but also calm and shy. I can say he's an introverted extrovert. He first extended the hand of friendship towards me. I accepted it because I wanted to make some male friends. I didn't have any male friend until I met Seungmin. I feel nervous around boys I don't know why. There's another reason behind not making guy friends. Whenever I tried to be friends with guys, they always ended up falling for me I don't understand why. So, I gave up. I don't know why they can't just have a platonic relationship with me. I thought Seungmin and I will have a platonic relationship. But I was so wrong. I was wrong and I realized that when Seungmin asked me out. I'll be honest, I like him too but, boy ! What about my dream of having a guy best friend ?
It was Monday. Seungmin picked me up at 6 in the evening. Yes ! We were going on a date. He took me to an amusement park. It was quite impressive. I expected him to take me to a fancy restaurant. I would have gotten bored if he did so. As soon as we entered the park, we went to a small shop. We bought matching headbands. Exactly like Bok Joo and Jun Hyung's headbands in that amusement park episode of Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo. Our headbands were exactly like Bok Joo and Jun Hyung's headbands. I asked Seungmin, "How did you find these ?" "Magic !" "Seungminah !" He chuckled and said "Just wear it ! I know you love that scene from Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo drama. So I thought we should recreate it." "How do you know I love that scene ?" He said in a faltering manner "Umm... You told me once ! Aaa... Look ! Y/N ! They have cotton candies ! Let's try them." Before I could say anything, he dragged me with him and took me to the cotton candy shop.
Seungmin : We would like to take the pink one.
He already knew which candy I wanted to have and it surprised me. I didn't remember telling him that. He then took me to few rides. We had lots of fun in those rides and I slowly started to enjoy the date. We came across a flower shop.
Seungmin : Let's buy you some flowers.
Seungmin took me to the flower shop. He bought me a bouquet of blush roses. I didn't know if that was a coincidence or he knew blush roses are my favourite flower. I didn't ask him anything and took the flower. Then we went to have some ice cream and I was surprised when he bought chocolate ice cream for us. I was wondering if he also knew which flavour ice cream I like. But, again, I didn't ask him anything. He bought me so many things and all the time he knew which one I'm gonna pick. I don't remember telling him much about myself so it was quite confusing. I was tired so I asked Seungmin if we could sit somewhere and take some rest. He agreed. We found a bench and sat there.
Seungmin : You sit here. I'll come back in few minutes.
Me : But where are you going ?
Seungmin : Just wait. I'll come back asap ! Don't go anywhere, ok ? This place is quite crowded. You'll get lost. And don't talk to any stranger !
I gave him a thumbs up. He patted my head and started walking away. I kept waiting for him. After 2-3 minutes he came back. I saw him carrying a glass of Cola. I got excited. Because I love Cola so freaking much. I knew it was childish but who cares ? None was watching me except him so it was ok.
Me : Colaaaaaa !
Saying this I raised my eyesbrows in astonishment. He chuckled.
Seungmin : Yessss ! You love it, right ?
