Talking to the Moon Part 4

Ozzy

I stood frozen as I saw who walked in. Pluto. My love. My moon.

"Oz?"

"Pluto?"

"Oh, goody. The two psychopaths know each other!"

"Shut it, Karen!" Pluto snapped at the blonde. She shut up. Not even looking up from her long pink nails.

Pluto smiled. "Hey, Ozzy. Long time no see." He stepped up and kissed me softly on the lips. I couldn't help but melt. I hadn't seen him in years.

"Two hundred years. I haven't seen you in two hundred fucking years." I mumbled into his shoulder. He pulled away and looked at me with concern.

"Are you ok?" he asked, his voice full of concern. I nodded, my heart pounding in my chest. "I'm fine," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. I knew that I would be okay now. I would be better than okay.

I grabbed his hand, pulling him out of the classroom. Nobody tried to stop us. I called for Neptune. He followed.

"You know. At night when the stars light up my room, I sit by myself, talking to the moon. I'm trying to get to you. Now I don't have to. You're here." I hugged him, my tears finally spilling over. "I'm here," he whispered into my ear. We stayed like that for a while, just holding each other, until Neptune's bark broke the silence.

"What is it, buddy?" I looked down at my dog, trying to figure out what he wanted.

"We should go inside. Or to my place. It's gonna rain soon." The moment after Pluto said these words, I felt something wet on my nose. It had started sprinkling. We quickly ran to his house, trying to escape the rain.

Once inside Pluto turned to me.

"I thought you love rain?" I smiled and stroked Neptune's head.

"I do. But he doesn't." Neptune whined, hiding under the blanket that was on the couch.

"Fair." Pluto's smile dropped.

"What's wrong?" He looked at me.

"What if-" a tear fell on his face. I quickly wiped it away.

"What if he comes back? What if he separates us again? I don't want to spend 200 more years away from you." I pulled Pluto into a hug.

"He won't."

I hope.

I'm trying to find more writing challenges on Pinterest but it isn't going too well. 

HOWEVER! 

I did discover a new character. Basically, I'm probably going to put him in S.S.A. (If I ever post that) And he will be in my new/upcoming Lego Ninjago story!  

I'm doing good! (Hopefully) 

Also, I have decided whether this story will have a sad or happy ending. >:)

Some of you will be sad.
