Chapter Four

Evan Fournier & Rudy Gobert bonding together

Evan Fournier and Rudy Gobert were having brunch at the IHOP restaurant where they were going out together as a couple. Yet, Evan would make eye contact with Rudy as they enjoy each other's company. Somehow, the people that were seated nearby watched the two men bonding and chatting. In fact, Evan was grateful for Rudy Gobert when he helped him open up to him when they started dating after meeting in Paris.

Evan Fournier: You have no idea what it means to me when you came to a right place to help me open up and build the confidence.

Rudy Gobert: Of course love and whenever you have something that you need, I provide for you.

Evan Fournier: Oh Rudy, you don't have to. Besides, you've done everything you can, just take a break. We will plan out a spa day together.

Rudy Gobert: yep.

Evan Fournier: I mean I would always be whenever you need me the most. Yet, you would always lend a helping hand even if they couldn't do anything for you.

Rudy Gobert: of course.

Evan Fournier: Aside from that, no matter how many times someone thinks that I was the one using you for money, but it's not true because I love you.

Rudy Gobert: I feel the same way.

Evan Fournier: yep.

Rudy gets up and placed his hand on Evan's cheeks. "You know Evan, I'm planning to buy a house and it would be so brilliant if you move in with me," "I'd love that," He said. Next, they were planning to move into the new home where it has the swimming pool and the backyard where Evan can invite his family and friends to the house. Even though he spent the night at his boyfriend's apartment. Yet, they wanted to make the most out of their relationship before the NBA seasons start

~ Moving in ~
2 weeks later,

Evan and Rudy moved into the seventh bedroom house with six bathrooms at Salt Lake City Utah. Although, Rudy knew that it wasn't the best way that they could have wanted, but Evan understood that he can endure everything for you.

Rudy Gobert: I'm sorry Mon Amour, I know that you didn't want any big or small house, but this is the only one that I can afford.

Evan Fournier: Rudy, I don't care how big or small the house is, what's important is that we're together.

Rudy Gobert: Oh okay.

Evan Fournier: Besides, this is the only place we can afford. Plus, I can be in anywhere else. What do we do with the six bedroom thing, you can have your teammates come over.

Rudy Gobert: Oh okay.

Evan Fournier: so what's next?

Rudy Gobert: how about we start the process of the moving in? Maybe both of us can take the full space altogether.

Evan Fournier: okay.

(A/N: okay, but the Evan and Rudy thing is giving me the KathNiel vibes)

Evan and Rudy were on the couch together being on their phones and stuff. Somehow, Rudy would think of buying a crib for the other room and he didn't expect that. To a complete extent, Evan was surprised.

Evan Fournier: Seriously? Did you ever consider buying a crib for the room? 🤣

Rudy Gobert: why? You said you wanted to plan on starting a family together right?

Evan Fournier: I mean we just started- never mind. Let's buy some baby items.

They went to the Buy buy baby in Salt Lake City Utah, but in those cases, the staff was surprised and wondered if they're going to have a baby together. Perhaps, they managed to purchase the baby items and other things for the house. The fans were the only ones who knew that they wanted to have a family on their own and they were looking forward to it.

The first thing they would do was to figure out where to put the crib and the changing station.

Evan Fournier: so babe, I was thinking if we can think of what to put for the baby room

Rudy Gobert: yep, but I know that we can think of a family plan, but we need to slow things down for now.

Evan Fournier: good idea.

Before they start figuring out for their baby plans, they decided to make the most out of their own vacation plans since they are going to Belgium for their romantic getaway. Perhaps, they can give some ideas on what they will do when they get married.

Evan Fournier: hey babe.

Rudy Gobert: what's up?

Evan Fournier: since we're going to Belgium, we can think about the wedding plans.

Rudy Gobert: good idea.

So sorry for not updating the Notebook, I have been busy with the other projects and new books that I may be working on. Although, I may think of making the Ben and Joel, but no release date has been announced yet and also, I am thinking of making the love island NBA edition where most players will find out what their match will be.
