"Changbin, can you please go and wipe down the dumb bells, please?" the gym the owner asked as Changbin walked past.
"Yes, sir," He replied, bowing.
Changbin was a personal trainer, and his reputation for being tough and hard on his clients made him popular, but truth was Changbin was a softy, he was raised to treat everyone as equal and to always be respectful to his elders."Changbin, your 2pm is here," the boss said, walking over with a smaller man.
"Ah, you must be Mr Han, nice to meet you," changbin smiled, bowing the young man.
"Please call me Jisung," he said, bowing back.
"Ok Jisung, what is it you're looking to do?" Changbin asked as they walked over to the stretching area.
"Basically, I just want to tone up and get into shape," Jisung said as they started their warm ups.
"That's pretty easy. You're not overly out of shape, so I say a month you'll notice the difference in the muscles," changbin said, helping Jisung stretch his legs.
"Let's get you doing some basic weights first, and we will go from there," he added, helping pick up the weights he needed to use. After an hour, Jisung was sweating and struggling to move.
"Feel that pain, it's a good pain, let's cool down and get your muscles rested," changbin said as Jisung wobbly walked over to the bench.
"You must find skinny people funny when they come in," jisung asked as he took a drink of water.
"Not really, I used to be really skinny, my ex didn't like overly heavy guys, she would judge what I ate, after we broke up I was miserable, as you are after break ups but this wasn't cos I was lonely it was more like I hated my self, so I joined a gym, started working out, studied fitness and nutrition and now I help others find their true selves" he said smiling showing Jisung a before picture.
"Wow, you look so much happier now," Jisung said, looking at the picture.
" being muscular isn't about getting the girls, tv and magazines have this image that girls love guys who lift but in reality most guys don't want to be big they want to be fit, so I help them" he said as Jisung nodded.
"Anyways, you did well today. Make sure to massage your muscles if they cramp up or take a magnesium bath. The front desk has some good post work out drinks that help put the nutrients back into the muscles and here's your eating plan to help as well" changbin said as they walked to the front desk to work out more times for Jisung to come in.
"You've been a great help, I'd have never thought of half these exercises," Jisung laughed as Changbin made his drink.
" See you on thuesday," Jisung said as he waved goodbye.
Changbin walked back into the gym, waiting for his next appointment.
That afternoon went by quite quickly. He had a couple of girls wanting to tone up for summer, a man working on his body building poses. Changbin even managed to squeeze a quick set himself before changing to get ready to go home.
It was dark by the time he finished, and the city seemed quiet for once. He sighed as he stretched, noticing the bright star in the sky.
"How pretty," he thought.
