Giggle Challenge 2

Power was back up for grabs in the second Giggle Challenge. The contestants walked into the yard and noticed a giant, 8 square board on the ground with an open space in the middle.

Ticklish Twist of Fate was the name of the challenge and TQ explained the rules:

Each of the competing contestants will lay in one of the 8 available squares.

TK and TQ will take turns spinning the giant wheel numbered 1-8.

They must tickle the contestant in the spot it lands on, and attempt to force a laugh in only 10 seconds.

If you hold in your laughter, you receive a point.

The first contestant to reach 5 points will be declared GCW.

The contestant with the least amount of points will be automatically nominated for the Elimination Round as the GCL.

The contestants assumed their positions on the board, securely fastened in place, leaving them with minimal mobility. The suspense was palpable as the giant wheel spun, the metallic "click, click, click, click" filling the air, finally coming to rest on Marina's designated square.

TK took the lead, embarking on a 10-second ticklish assault targeting Marina's wide hips, causing her to squirm and sway in a desperate attempt to stifle her laughter. She valiantly bit her lip, but an irrepressible giggle managed to escape her. Despite her efforts, no point was awarded.

TQ spun next and it landed on Raven. She attempted to tickle her smooth armpits, but the reaction was minimal. 1 point awarded to Raven.

The wheel continued its capricious spin, selecting Preston, Cheyenne, and Daphne as the next targets. Each of them successfully withstood the ticklish torment, earning a point. Meanwhile, Dillon, Natalie, and Zane found it increasingly challenging to suppress their giggles; especially Dillon who exploded with laughter at first touch.

Once more, the mischievous wheel of fortune landed on Marina's square, and she found herself utterly unable to stifle her contagious giggles. It was becoming increasingly evident that she was among the most ticklish contestants in the competition. Dillon shared her ticklish susceptibility, and was persistently subjected to the relentless feet tickling from the King and Queen.

After numerous rounds of laughter-inducing turmoil, the scorecard revealed intriguing results. Three contestants, Raven, Preston, and Cheyenne, were deadlocked with 4 points each. Marina and Dillon remained at the opposite end of the spectrum, stuck at a disheartening 0 points.

The challenge drew to its thrilling climax as the giant wheel spun once more, emitting a series of clicks that held the contestants full attention, as it landed on none other than... Preston.

TK, determined to make a breakthrough, took on the challenge of tickling the impervious nerd. Despite his valiant effort, it proved to be a futile endeavor. Preston's resilience earned him his fifth point, sealing his victory in the Giggle Challenge. The members of The Quartet erupted in jubilation celebrating their ally's remarkable triumph.

There was one more order of business, though. They needed to determine the GCL.

TQ explained that if the wheel landed on an odd number, she would tickle Dillon, and even numbers would mean tickles for Marina. She spun as they watched with anticipation. It landed on the Houston native. "Marina, the challenge is in your hands. If you hold in your laugh, Dillon is the loser. If you laugh you are the loser."

Marina clenched her fists and closed her eyes. TQ positioned herself by her big feet. She pounced on her soles with her evil claws eliciting some squirms. Then, she wiggled in between the toes. Marina tried harder than she ever had, but she couldn't take it. "Nahahaha-noooo!" she cried out. And that was it, Marina was declared the loser of the Giggle Challenge and automatically nominated for the Elimination Round.
