I woke to the warmth of the sweet soft covers, barely any sounds making its way to my ears. The first thing I noticed before I even opened my eyes I noticed how sore my body felt, I felt as if I'd been in the gym for six years, my whole body ached, every muscle hurt, the pain exhausting all I wanted was to go back to sleep. By I knew I had been asleep for a good long while and it was clearly daytime. I opened my eyes seeing the curtains still pulled on the bed, the room still shut up like it was last night and Thomas sat in bed with me reading his book until he noticed me opening my eyes "Awwww" he smiled putting his book down cuddling me tightly "Good Morning My little bloodsucker" he cooes peppering me with kisses

"Ummm good morning" I smiled "What time is it?"

"Don't worry about it."

"Thomas. tell me"

"Half four"

"four? in the morning?"

"In the afternoon darling"

"Ohh dear" I sighed "Sorry Thomas"

"It's fine, I told you you'd be tried your going through a massive change honestly I'd given up thinking you'd get up today and I'd just see you tomorrow" He chuckled "It's fine I expected you to be sleepy," he says giving me a kiss

"My whole body hurts"

"It will do, you're changing from a human girl to a vampire woman. it's a big change. You take as much rest as you need" he smiled

"Could I have a drink?"

"Of course darling, I will fetch my wifey a big drink" he says getting out of bed and fetching me a large glass of blood

"Thank you"I smiled taking it and downing it

"whoa... you are thirsty" He chuckled "I'll fetch the decanter" he smiled getting the decanter for us so he could refill my glass "Come on, come cuddle I'll take care of my lovely wife"

"Okay" I smiled putting my glass down and coming to cuddle up with him "when does the ache go away?"

"A day or two Darling"

"Okay..." I sighed "When does the tried go away? and I'm able to stay up for hours like you?"

"A week or so, Once your done aching you'll find you don't need to sleep as much until you get like me" he explained kissing my hair

"When does the bat come?"

"A few days, If you want I'll ask ava and my mum to give you and Oliver some flying lessons"

"won't you help me learn?"

"I'll help you with transforming and controlling it but I can't fly remember? so someone else has to teach you that"

"You could come up in your plane while I learn"

"When you've had a couple of lessons. Don't want you getting hurt" he cooes

"How are you feeling?"

"Good." he smiled "Very good. I admit I slept a good while too but I'm very happy darling" He smiled

"Really? No regrets? Nothing like that?"

"No. I'm thrilled I waited, I love you darling"
