Drowning Children

Next day Vicky saw Piya waking up besides him. He pretended to be asleep so as not to embarrass her. Piya opened her eyes to see sleeping Vicky next to her. She slowly got up. She looked other side to see Ahana and Ishan sleeping peacefully. Vicky saw love in her eyes, she slowly leaned down and kissed their forehead.

During breakfast Vicky felt Ahana being afraid of new maid. He felt something is wrong. Piya went with Ishan to change his cloth. He accidentally spilled chocolate milk on himself. He asked Abhi and Varun to leave for office and informed he has to check something.

Ahana, Ishaan and Piya were playing hide and seek. Piya was looking for children, she could not find them. She started calling their names. She had already told them not to go near swiming area but finally decided to check there. As she was nearing Pool area she heard crying of children. She sprinted inside to see that new maid was holding them near the edge of pool. "What are you doing". I shouted at her. Children don't know to swim and I'm not that good of a swimmer. It's 10 ft deep pool. I looked towards the ladder it's to the opposite side of where Children are. "Leave them this instant." She looked at me with smirk and said "Okay, as you wish" and she pushed them into the water.

Without thinking anything I pushed her aside and jumped into water taking deep breath. I came close to them but they were thrashing around. I could not see properly. They started drowning. I tried to pull them out but due to heavy clothing, they started drowning. I removed their cloths underwater. I gave them oxygen through the mouth.

I made them climb on me.. (like in above pic) They reacher near handle and were able to climb up. Ahana slipped from ladder hitting my forehead very hard but I pushed her with my last ounce of energy and started losing consciousness. I started drowning.

While I was drowning Ishan ran in the house and screamed very loudly. All people came outside. Help mumma... He cried out. Everyone was shocked what is he saying. One of the man went to Vicky's study room and informed him. Vicky came running towards Ishan, he was all red from crying and screaming and wet... "Wait! Wet?" something was not right. Vicky asked "where is mumma?" "Pool pool she's not coming out that maid pushed me and Ahana into pool" and Ishan started crying again. Vicky handed Ishan to Kia & Meera, his man captured new maid, he ran towards direction of pool only to see Ahana shouting "mumma.. Mumma...." while looking into water.
Vicky's POV
I jumped into the water. I could see one figure at the bottom.

I got her out of water but she wasn't breathing. I pressed her stomach to get excess water out. I pinched her nose and give mouth to mouth air and she finally woke up, coughing up a little bit. Mommy!! Ahana and Ishan hugged her while crying. She kissed them all over their faces like a mother would do and asked if they are all right and hurt anywhere and soon she started seeing black spots and passed out. Mommy!! Mommy! Wake up.

This pool was deep hence was always covered. She risked her life when not knowing to swim properly. He started caring for her and looked at her worriedly. Soon his man came.. They had caught that maid who harmed his people.
