Headache of a first day

I walked into school with my earphones on , the artic monkey blasting and walked straight into Alvaro's chest.
I took a step back after colliding with hard lean muscle. Holy shit I nearly broke my neck trying to look at his face.
Who told men they were allowed to be 6'3?
I'd like to thank them.
And look at that I dropped water on him.
I couldn't help the small smirk that crept onto my face as his white tshirt suddenly became see through.

"Are you alright bonita?"
His eyes seemed full of concern but the slight smile on his face told me otherwise.

"What tf is a Bonita? bournvita??"
His slight Spanish accent was hot and all but I wasn't going to trust a strange Spanish man and his even stranger words. He could be calling me a bitch for all I know. Honestly I wouldn't mind it too much if it came out of his mouth. All self respect went straight into the trash just from one look at this man.

"Not from around here then. Don't worry I just called you beautiful."

"Oh? You wanna prove how you feel?"

" it would be my pleasure "
Alvaro said as he took a step towards me only to have a hand come between us.

Mr. Ramiro just cockblocked me.
I raised an eyebrow at him
Last year he and Mia cause quite a ruckus. God I hated Mia it took everything in me not to bitch slap her.

"Yes Mr.Ramiro?"

"Zini ,welcome back to St.Mary's"
You knew he didn't mean it .
He always looked at you like he wanted to strangle you ever since you first joined.

"Dad is there a problem?"

"I'm just going to borrow Ms Zini here for a second, son"

I didn't care that he hated me , I hated the man right back.
He was like all my past sins coming back to haunt me.
It's a shame that everytime I saw him my thoughts ranged from wanting the man dead , to hoping he would dare to take a step closer.

I followed Ramiro into his office , extremely pissed off that he rudely interrupted what could have been a good start to the day. The supply closet was so close to where alvro and I were standing if only this asshole of a director had walked the other way.

"You may sit down Ms.Zini"

"I'm alright standing sir"
I absolutely refused to let Ramiro stare down at me. The power dynamic changed when we were at anything but eye level with eachother.
What a dangerous line to tip toe but luckily for me 6 years of ballet had trained me quite well in the art of balancing.
But sometimes I wanted to tip over
just for the adrenaline rush.
