Georgia pov: we just finished the concert in Atlanta. " Tom I've seen where you grew up and lived. Would you like to see where I grew up and my hometown?"

" of course"

We drove all the way to my hometown in alabama just slightly out of Georgia.

I passed all the familiar building.

" that's we're I went to school. It was ok." As we passed another building I got excited.

" this is we're my sister would go and get candy everyday after school. Before the accident."

I got emotional.  Tom let me ramble on but never stopped smiling. He knew these memories were important to me.

" I use to go to this dinner all the time are you hungry Tom?"

" yes"

We went in to get food.

" is that Georgia I see!?"

" Randal!! You still work here?!"

" of course I do so I can faces like yours come in."

" Tom this is Randal he was like my grandfather. I use to come here and just sit and talk to him for hours."

" nice to meet you sir." Tom took his hand and shook it.

" your meal is on the house. We have missed you my sweet Georgia peach."

After we were done eating I ran and gave him a hug.

" don't be a stranger Georgia come back and to you sir take care of her we kind of like her."

We walked out and I waved goodbye.

"When times would get tough I would just go there and talk to Randal he never judged me he was the first person to show me love after my parents switched on me."

" come here." He stood there and hugged me.

As we kept going I passed the rapids where it all happened.
I stopped walking and sat on a rock.

" why are you sitting?"

" this is where it happened where everything changed. I wish I could have changed the outcome."

" I know it's hard but sometimes things happen and we can't control them."

After sitting there taking things in we got in the car to head back.

We went down my street and I saw my house. It had a for sale sign in the yard. They sold it.

" stop the car Tom!"

" why?"

"Stop it!"

I ran out of the car and stared at it.

I saw a bunch of rocks and picked them up. I hit the window with a rock and smashed it.

" why are you throwing rocks you'll get in trouble."

"This is my house where the abuse started. All of my nightmares are because of this damn house. I hate this house and the stories it holds! I want it destroyed."

Tom looked at me but instead of judging me he picked up the biggest rock he could find and threw it breaking another window.

After we ran out of rocks we jumped in the car.

Tom rolled our windows down.

" get it out Georgia"

I put my head out the window and screamed.

" I'm free. Nothing can hurt me anymore. I am loved! I'm free!"

After I was done Tom smiled " I love you georgia"

"I love you too Tom."

I have the best life ever now thanks to him.
