Undeniable Attraction

Chapter 6: The Revelation

Loud screams fill the entire arena as the three idols on stage continue to tease their youngest, who is still crouched down, hiding his face in his hands.

"James, why don't you introduce our special guest tonight? Some of us here still don't know him yet; come on, introduce him." Jay chuckles as he speaks while looking at James, now standing a few feet from him.

The younger man did not speak and just pointedly looked at his members before playfully rolling his eyes and looking at the LED display. He watched the live footage of Net standing next to his family, the actor with his arms folded over his chest and a big shy grin on his lips as he replied to something his sister had said while shaking his head on the big screen. The idol could not help but bite his bottom lip as his eyes twinkled in adoration before folding his left arm close to his chest and grabbing a fistful of his shirt. Raising his right arm that was horizontally holding the microphone, he lightly scratched in between his brows before hiding the bottom half of his face from the tip of his nose down to his lips as he shyly looked away, causing yet another deafening scream from the crowd who noticed his reaction.

"Oh ho, do you know the person on the screen, James?" Red chimed in amidst the screaming of the fans occupying the arena, to which the younger pursed his lips into a thin line, holding back a smile as he nodded, albeit barely noticeable.

"What's his name?" Ian teasingly added.

Everyone looked at James, who looked back at the big screen, a shy smile he could no longer hide creeping on his pink plump lips, before scanning the crowd and looking at his members, whose whole attention now lies on him.

"P'Net," he opens his mouth and says in a small voice with a shy, toothy grin on his face.

Laughter from the other members of DXY, along with the loud screams coming from the crowd, echoes in the air as both James, standing on the stage, and Net, on the big screen, coincidentally synchronized when they touched the tip of their nose before bowing down their heads as they raised their right fist, resting it on their forehead.

"Okay, onto our next song, we go," James chuckles, raising a fist in the air, trying to hide his embarrassment. His three elder brothers on stage just went along with his wishes, as they laughingly shook their heads with their youngest obvious desire to change the subject.

The concert wraps up with the idols singing two more songs and giving their heartfelt message, thanking their fans for their continuous support, with a promise of coming back to perform again in the near future. The crowd started to disperse out of the arena as the show ended, while some of them stayed in one area, hoping to send off the idols and bid their last goodbye for the night.

"Hey, bro," Red greeted Net, who was waiting for them backstage, with a teasing grin on his lips as they bumped shoulders as a greeting. The actor just chuckles as he shakes his head, also greeting the other two, before standing next to James, who was the last to enter the room and the first one to take a seat.
