I got my tea ready in a cup, his teaser in my tv. When his banner appeared, i immediately pulled for him. Got him at 42 pity, his weapon at 12. I only use 60 inter fates (out of 130).
The next day, I got his c1 at pity 55 (won my 50/50). I decided to just waste all of my inter fates.
