In the Malhotra Mansion, Manik made breakfast for his sons while humming songs. Suddenly, someone hugged him with tiny hands.

Manik smiled and held the hand, giving a kiss.

Manik: "Good morning, Buba."

Mayan (cutely): "Good morning, Baba."

Mayan: "Baba, what's for breakfast?"

Manik: "Vegetable soup."

Mayan (whining): "Baba!! I want something else, like spicy... umm" (licks lips).

Manik: "Did you forget about your sickness? Go sit down; I'm coming."

Mayan: "Baba, please, na, it's been a day; nothing's happened...".

Manik (strictly): "Mayan, go sit down."

Mayan flinched and ran away, sulking.

Later, they sat at the dining table, and Arman arrived.

Arman: "Good morning."

Manik: "Good morning, Champ. How was your preparation?"

Arman: "Superb. And you know I'm the topper, so chill."

Mayan (pouting and sulking): "He's the reason for my second place. Meanie."

Arman (chuckling): "What's wrong with Bub? Why is his mood off?"

Manik: "Looks like you don't know about his tantrums."

Arman: "Aishh, this boy."

Manik: "Now, what are you waiting for? Hurry up, or you'll be late."

Mayan: "No, I don't want to eat this."

Arman: "Bacha, it's good; see, I'm eating too."

Mayan: "Then why force me? Did I force you? No, right?"

Manik (angrily): "Mayan! What's this behavior? Talking to your brother like this?"

Arman: "It's okay, Baba."

Manik (angrily): "This is not okay, Arman. You're his big brother; it's your responsibility to teach him right and wrong."

Arman (looking down): "Sorry."

Mayan (puppy eyes): "Sorry, Baba."

Manik's anger vanished; he shook his head, disbelief evident. He started feeding Mayan, who smiled and began eating. Arman sulked.

Arman (sulking): "Looks like I'm the third wheel here."

Mayan: "Aww, someone's jealous, Baba."

Arman: "You brat."

Manik: "Aww, don't be jealous, Champ. Come here."

Arman (whining): "Baba!!"

Manik and Mayan giggled at Arman's pouty face and fed him too. Arman became happy.

After breakfast:

Manik: "Don't be a brat, and Arman, don't create trouble. Take care of Mayan, and Mayan, focus on studies if you want to surpass him."

He placed kisses on their heads, and they left. Manik headed to his office.

Arman: "Bub, what's wrong?"

Mayan (scared): "M... my assignment."

Arman (softly): "Han, where's your assignment? Did you forget it at home?"
