The Beginning

Age 10(Deji's POV)

"students attention to me please!"  Minatoyells to Kakashi, Obito and Rin. When they direct their attention to me and Minato which causes me to hide behind Minato even more because i'm shy but then Obito yells "HEY LITTLE COUSIN!" and after that he yanks me away from Minato. Which causes Kushina to hit Obito's head "HEY WOULD YA NOT DO THAT TO YOUR POOR COUSIN!" Kushina yells at Obito. Kakashi and Rin laughed and so did Minato "I am Kakashi you know who the idiot over there is and this girl over here is Rin" Kakashi causally says then i felt my cheeks get hot "I-I am Deji Uchiha, Future head of the Uchiha clan" I tell him trying not to stammer. "Well lord third hokage chose Deji to join our team because she is a prodigy which made her lucky enough to graduate the Academy two years early. And to welcome her to the team we are going to do another bell test and afterwards we are going out for Ramen." They all cheered but i stood still looking down at the ground when i felt a hand on my shoulder "It'll be easy for you to get a bell, Deji" i look up to see Kakashi who is smiling at me. I smiled back feeling my cheeks get hot again when i heard Rin say "Hey Kakashi, come over here we need to discuss the plans for the bell test" he looked at me then motioned me to go over with him, i walked over when Rin gave me a disgusted look and whispered something to Kakashi which i couldn't hear. He gave her a mad look and he stepped beside me "I will not leave her out, if you want to discuss it without her then you discuss it without me" he said angrily and strictly, she looked at him then rolled her eyes "Fine, be that way, i don't care"  just then Kushina and Minato walked over and Kushina said "Rin, Obito, Kakashi, i hope you're including Deji in this discussion" Rin smiled "Oh yes, Miss Kushina, we sure are" i just looked up at Minato who was behind me and smiling "Well students, time for the test" we all nodded and headed out.

(At the bell test site)

I stand next to Kakashi and Obito "There he is we can get him" Obito said in a hushed whisper and he starts to run off causing me, Kakashi, and Rin to run after him. When Obito was directly in front of Minato he steps into a trap that hangs him upside down from one of his feet I activate my Sharingan and avoid all of Minato's traps and when Minato is not looking I snag a bell from the three bells tied around his waist which causes Minato to look at me confused "D-Deji how did you do that... you have the Sharingan" I nod because this is when i am at my best when it comes to hidden traps and using NinJutsu and Genjutsu. "Well since you completed the test go to Kushina and wait with her." Minato says to me and i nod to him before running to the location of Kushina.

(Kakashi POV)

S-She has the Sharingan eye i thought to myself "Well keep trying to get the bells" Minato says. I look at him with a firm look then look over at Rin then nod and she nods back and we charge at him full speed. "Hey guys, can you get me down from here first!!!" yells Obito dangling from the rope, i threw a kunai at the rope and it cuts it and Obito falls on his head. "Hey idiot, you could've killed me!!!" i stop running and turn around to look at Obito "What did you just call me?" i said angered "I called you an idiot" he replied almost laughing, i ran at full speed and punched him so hard that he rammed into the tree "W-Why d-did you just do t-that" he said barely breathing "Don't ever call me a name again" i said still angry "Well, you think you're so tough" he said getting up "Then try to take this!!!" he yelled as he ran at me and threw a punch, i caught his arm and bent it backwards "Hey, Kakashi, stop that right now!!!!" i heard Minato yell before he yanked me away from Obito's arm. "Oh my god, Obito!!!!" Rin yelled as she ran over to him and put his arm around the back of her neck supporting it "Kakashi, explain yourself, now" said Minato angrily "I-I don't know what got into me sir" i said confused "Well, you hurt one of your teammates, the bell test is off, go back to Kushina, now" he said still angry. We obeyed and went to the location where Kushina was.

(Back at the classroom)

I sat in the back corner of the room away from everyone else and heard Kushina yell "Oh my god, Minato, what happened to Obito!!!" I look down at my fists which are clenched together and out of the corner of my eye see someone standing beside me "Are you OK" says Deji, i look up at her then look down again "I was the one who hurt Obito, i don't know what got into me" she just sat down beside me and smiled "It'll be OK, i promise" i just scoff "You don't understand, Deji" i said "I do under...." she began to say but i cut her off "NO YOU DON'T!!!" i yelled accidentally, i could see the tears form in her eyes "I-I need to g-go" she said as she got up and ran to Minato and then left. I just put my hands on my face (Why did i yell at her like that) i thought to myself when i stood up and walked over to Minato "Sensei, may i please leave" he looked at me then nodded, i left and sat on the cliff where the faces of Hokage's are and just looked at the town. "H-Hey, Kakashi" said a voice from behind me, i turn around to see Deji "Oh, Deji" i said and jumped up "Look, i'm sorry for yelling at you earlier, i didn't mean to" i said and she just smiled "That's OK, it really wasn't my business anyways" i just looked at her and smiled best i could when she said "Well, i have to go now because poor little Itachi is home alone, so bye see ya tomorrow" i just waved and she ran back down the cliff.
