you put your car in park after arriving at home, you grabbed your stuff and made way towards the door.

you dug into your pocket to find your keys and open the door to be met with your fathers gaze on the couch.

"how was school y/n" he stated sternly watching you put your stuff down on the table.

"good" you could tell he was pissed off just from his tone, you sat on the couch across from him quietly.

"that's funny since i got a call from the school this morning saying you missed first period" he replied with quickness.

you clenched your hands together, "i woke up late but i asked my teacher what i missed" you figured something pissed him off before this and he's taking it out on you as usual.

"y/n i'm not playing with you this year... i expect nothing but the best from you, don't embarrass me-" right before he was about to go on with his usual rant his phone rang.

As he answered his business call you grabbed your things and headed up to your room.

you went straight to your bathroom to start a hot shower, and grabbed your phone seeing a imessage notification.

you put your phone on the counter as you put on your shower cap and stepped in the shower.

after using your favorite scent combo and scrub you grabbed your towel to dry off and headed to your closet to pick your fit.

you wasn't sure where y'all was goin so you went for something casual but cute.

you ended up going with your green skims set and some foam runners.

you went over to your vanity to curl your sew in when Connie texted he was 5 minutes away.

you grabbed your purse and quickly took a mirror picture for your ig story.
