The car ride

Annie's pov: After that lunch the day goes pretty normal but I still can't get over they way that he looked at me earlier could he have feelings for me ?
No I'm just overreacting.

Cades pov: after lunch I go to the bathroom as normal to avoid the harassment of other students and gossip. But why am I still thinking about her she's just a girl. Or is she more then that to me.... More then I may want to admit.. who knows.

Annie's pov after school I text my mom to see if she is working late or if shes at home and to no surprise she's working then out of the blue I feel a hand brush mine and someone is standing in front of me. Cade....
He asked me if I need a ride so without thinking I take him up on his offer. Maybe... Just maybe.

Cades pov WHAT DID I JUST DO!! Annie gets into the car with her hair in a messy bun and that makes it ten times worst. I turn to look out my window to avoid her from seeing my cherry red cheeks and out of the corner of my eye I see her blushing to maybe just maybe this might be my chance. She gives me her address and I ask her if she might need rides home everyday and she says that her mom works late and that it's up to me.. I both love and hate when she does that I love how she doesn't want to be a burden but I also hate how she doesn't have the confidence to just ask for help. We get down the road and I can tell she is tense.

Annie's pov I'm in cades passenger seat and I'm trying to keep my cool but it's hard to do when all I can think of is him holding my hips! I look over at him and he looks at me but still the silence is deafening. About 5 minutes later we get to my house and as I'm getting out he grabs my hand and pulled me back in. He says he needs to tell me something but that something is a soft kiss on the cheek and a stair that said it all
Will you be mine.

Cades pov: I KISSED HER! My mind is racing I don't know what just came over me and honestly I don't know weather to say something or stair silently. Of course I pick the awkward one. I stair into her beautiful Hazel eyes ones of which remind me of fall and chocolate and in a moment I feel her lips touch mine. And my heart skips a beat.
