A SOFT SINGING VOICE rang out in the great hall from the screen. the screen was dark until the camera pans to a baby boy looking up at something or someone.

"Hush little baby, don't say a word, Mama's going to show you a hummingbird. If that hummingbird should fly, Mama's going to show you the evening sky. When the nighttime shadows fall, Mama's going to hear the crickets call. While their song drifts from afar, Mama's going to search for a shooting star."

The camera pans to show an older and even more beautiful-looking Regulus Black smiling softly at the baby as the baby starts to drift to sleep.

Everyone in the great hall was astonished; they never knew Regulus could sing, let alone that well. "I didn't know you could sing." Sirius said, "Well, brother, things changed when you up and ran away." Everyone could hear the displeased tone in her voice when she said, Brother.

"You're a great mother, my love." Regulus turned around to face her husband with a smile as the camera pans and shows both James and Regulus with her saying, "Yeah, well, you're a great father." They both continue to talk, but it becomes muffled as the camera moves away from the couple, starting to change scenes.

A cry is heard in the Potter household as Regulus and James sleep. Hearing the cry, both James and Regulus wake up slowly and look at each other. "I'll get him," James said groggily while getting up, while Regulus just nodded and went back to sleep.

James walked towards his son's room to see a red-headed woman holding his son, who had stopped crying. Confused, James said, "Lily? How did you get in here?" "I came to take back what's rightfully mine," the redhead replied. "What do you mean—" Before he could finish what he was saying, she pulled out her wand and said, "Obliviate."

"What the actual fuck?" MARY MCDONALD said, looking at Lily with a look of disbelief, and that was all it took for the great hall to start shouting at the red head for trying to ruin a happy family. All of Lily's friends moved away from her, looking at her with disappointment. "I think we can all agree when I say Lily Evans is a psycho," MARLENE MCKINNON said with a shake of her head.

Meanwhile, Regulus was wondering who did this bitch think she was touching HER child and obliviating HER husband, and James was shocked. He thought Lily was sweet, but he never thought she'd do something like this. He looked towards Lily to see her with a smug look on her face, like she just won a thousand dollars at the lottery.

Lily moved towards James and Regulus room, with James following her with a daze look in his eyes and a baby Harry in his arms, whom Lily gave to him after erasing his memories. She looked over a sleeping Regulus before obliviating her too.

The scene seemed to pause as everyone heard regulus over the paused scene. "A wise woman once told me the tragedy of life is not death but what we let die inside of us while we live. I never thought I'd relate to that, but that's a story for another time. This story is about a tragic love story, so let's take it back to my 6th year."

Flashes of scenes showed going back in time till it stopped showing Hogwarts as the camera slowly pans inside the school and the screen goes black.

Everyone was silent until a sniffle was heard everyone turned towards a first year who had tears going down her face "What? her family was just ripped away from her and she won't even remember them." The emotional 11 year old said getting nods of agreement from some people while James comforted Regulus and his son.

This is what you've all been waiting for—the first chapter of this story. How do you guys like it so far?

Act 1 will be all about the Regulus and James Love story, so be prepared. Act 2 is when they'll start the first movie of Harry Potter, and so on.

I know that the song from the beginning isn't the original, but I thought it would fit since the blacks love astrology (stars), so I thought the ending of the song was a nice touch, so why not use it?

Also, the songs I add, you don't have to listen to them while you read; I just put them there because of the lyrics that I put at the start of the chapters.

I know this chapter is kind of short, so don't be angry; the chapters will start to get longer as I go, but anyway, that's it. Enjoy!
