It's been a couple of weeks since the interview with Dee. We haven't spoken to each other which is crazy because he seemed really fucking interested. I checked the date and time on my phone because i had an interview and i was really hungover. December 5th 12:00 pm. Just as i was checking the time i got a notification on Instagram. It was from Dee. I opened the message and rolled my eyes.
Dee: Whats up mama
Sincere: What.
Dee: Why do i feel like you sent that with an attitude.
Sincere: Because i did.
Dee: you mad at me or sum?
Sincere: Why are you worried about that.
Dee: man just answer the damn question.
Sincere: I'm not mad. What i'ma be mad for? All we did was fuck and you ghosted me.
Dee: Oh. That's why i hit you up. I wanna meet with you in person.
Sincere: No
Dee:... Girl... Just meet me at the park at 11:00.
I just liked the message and closed my phone. I don't know who he thought was gonna meet him at a park at 11 at night in 20 degree weather. I had interviews today. I had one with C blu and one with Dougie b. That would take up my whole day and i would be really tired so i wouldn't have time to go anyway.
Time skip:
I had just finished both of my interviews and was ready to go home. It was a quarter to 11 and I had just remembered what Dee had told me earlier. It was cold so i didn't want to make him wait out in the cold for nothing so I decided to go to the park. I saw him sitting on the bench by the basketball court smoking and scrolling on his phone. I got out of my car and walked up to him. "Dee..." I started staring down at him. I clearly had an attitude. " Oh shit. I ain't seen you right there ma." Dee said blowing the smoke out of his mouth. He held the blunt out for me to grab it. I looked at him and snatched and sat next to him. "What you got me here for?" I asked.
"Walk with me mama" Dee said getting up. It was too cold to be walking but it didn't even matter. We was walking in complete silence and just listening to how loud this city is. On a normal day it would be annoying as fuck but right now it was kinda calming. "So Sincere... I'm sorry for ghosting you after that interview. I didn't want to. I just thought you wouldn't respond to me." Dee said throwing his arm over my shoulder. "Yeah... That's all you wanted to say?" I asked. "You'll let me take you out to dinner?" He asked. I sighed thinking about it. "Fine." I said looking up at him. "But not tonight. maybe tomorrow. It's too cold and late right now." Dee said running his fingers through my hair.
