For the first hour the bus ride was calm. But soon the bus came to a stop and somebody boarded in. He sat beside me.
Ignoring him I called Rahul(my PA).
"Hi, Rahul I would be out of town for a couple of days..... Yes I am going to Jodhpur.... No.... I would check the new office building there...tomorrow... Bye"
"Out of curiosity, why would the top businesswoman of india be sitting in a bus? " Suddenly the man beside me spoke.
"Well curiosity kills the cat Mr.?"
"Vikram... Vikram singh Raizada. Pleasure to meet you" He forwarded hos hand.
I shook his hand. "Pleasure is all mine Mr. Raizada"
"So why the bus? "
"Well it was an emergency and I couldn't get a flight or train at this hour. I could ask the same about you. One of the most successful businessman in the country by bus."
"Well for me it's because I enjoy the bus rides to Jodhpur but were you stalking me Ms. Rawat. "
"Oh come on everybody knows about people in business. " He is so hot. It's like looking at a Greek god draped in a t shirt and sweats.
"So Jodhpur.. What for? "
"It's a family emergency"
We continued talking for a while and soon drifted off to sleep. At about 4 in the morning, we reached Jodhpur. Vikram woke me up to tell me that we have arrived at our destination.
"It was nice meeting you Mr. Raizada"
"Pleasure was all mine. Ms. Rawat can I get your contact no. "
"What for"
"So that we could meet sometimes"
"Sure Mr. Raizada"
