Y/Ns POV

As me and my best friend (Y/i who's sitting beside me) are eating at the cafeteria along with a mutual friend of ours (who's sitting directly across from us). Felix Catton. He's absolutely perfect; he's good looking, tall, charming, gentle and did I forget to mention extremely attractive? We're all friends because the three of us got paired up into a group project together and since then we've all been pretty fond of each other but me and Y/n knew each other before we came to Oxford University. Back in America we had been pen pals since the 9th grade so you can imagine the excitement that the both of us felt when we both got accepted into the same university. As I ponder on what to write on the last bit of my assignment Felix notices that I'm deep in thought.

Felix: "Are you alright y/n?

Y/n: "Yeah I'm alright, I'm just thinking about this last assignment I have to submit"

Y/i: "She's alright because she's not the one who had to listen to her type vigorously like a maniac all night"

I put my head down on the table Felix

looks to me, tilts his head and says

Felix: "Were you working on other peoples projects again?"

Y/n: "maybe....."

I say in a shameful tone

I lift up my head to say

Y/n: "but that's alright because I'm almost finished, after lunch I'll finish then submit it!"

Felix: "Why don't you ask y/i for help?"

Y/n: "I did but she said 'fuck off and lick a clit"

Y/i: "I literally just said no."

Y/n: "So basically you want me to die is what you're saying?"

Y/i looks at me and rolls her eyes, Felix

starts to chuckle at us we both look at him with completely different reactions

Y/i: "Why are you laughing at her? She's not funny"

Y/n: "Clearly he thinks I am"

Felix: I find the two of you interestingly hilarious

Y/n: anyways I have to get ready to go to my next class

Y/i: i also have to get back to my dorm

We start to get up but suddenly felix speaks

Felix: "Before you go I have a question I wanted to ask:"

We both say "yes?"

Felix: "What are you guys doing for the summer?"

Y/i: "uhh we were planning on just chilling with y/ns aunt in London"

y/n: "Nothing too fancy, why?"

Felix: "I'm asking because I want to invite the both of you to stay with me in saltburn for the summer"

Felix: "My family doesn't mind they'd love to have you" he quickly adds reassuringly

Y/i: "I mean I don't think we or her aunt had anything special planned, right y/n?"

Y/i looks to me and I look at at her

Y/n: "Nope not at all actually but I'm gonna let her know!"

Y/i: "looks like we can fit you into our schedules"

He flashes a charming smile to Y/i

Felix: "Great, we leave in about two days so make sure you're ready"
