Setting his phone aside, Aether turned around to the sight of a ginger-haired individual loudly calling his name, drawing quite a bit of attention from onlookers.

Fervently attempting to evade any encounters with Childe, Aether unwittingly overlooked the fact that Ayaka and Ayato had observed their antics, resembling a chaotic game of cat and mouse.

Turning to her brother, Ayaka expressed her confusion, Ayaka couldn't help but question Ayato about the unfolding scenario. "Ayato," she began, tilting her head in confusion, "why is Aether evading him? And why aren't you intervening?"

In response, Ayato retorted with a chilly tone, subtly employing emotional manipulation to shift the focus onto Ayaka. "You aren't helping either, right?"

Fortunately, Lumine's psychology class was conveniently located near Aether's business class. It didn't take long for her to swoop in like a rescuing damsel in distress, coming to Aether's aid.

"Aether, holy fuck-" Lumine exclaimed, steadying Aether, who was visibly out of breath.

"Lu-" Childe attempted to interject before being promptly silenced. "Fuck off, Ajax. Or do you need me to force you to?"

"You're attracting unnecessary attention," Ayato interjected, looking down at the commotion.

"Maybe none of this would've happened if someone knew how to keep his mouth shut," Lumine retorted, her frustration aimed squarely at Ayato - this mess was undoubtedly his doing.

"Class is going to start, move aside."

Ayaka, sensing the tension in the air, gracefully stepped forward, her voice laced with apologies. "I'm sorry for Ayato's behavior. Let's not disrupt everyone's day and head to our respective classes, shall we?" Her diplomatic attempt aimed to defuse the brewing conflict.

"You're an angel, Ayaka," Lumine commented, her gesture kind as she helped Aether up, offering him water to quench his tiredness.

As the clock neared 8 a.m., the urgency of time pressed on them; being late for classes was a looming threat if they continued engaging with the ongoing disturbance.
