Years which we left behind

Yeosang sighed, he was getting nervous with each passing second, which did nothing but took him near to his destination. More and more. He felt mortified. He felt as if he's an intruder, intruder of his own feelings and memories he buried a long time ago.
Joshua felt nervous, it's been a long time since they saw each other before, and he can't stop cursing Taehyung in his mind over and over again who thought that sending him was the best idea. But then who is he to refuse the orders of The king. The king of Whole Vampire, werewolf nation? After all Taehyung is LUCIFER and none of them has balls to talk back to those black abyss eyes.

He notices the dilemma Yeosang is going through. He keeps his hand on his shoulder and squeezes it in order to comfort the younger. Yeosang doesn't know what to do. He don't wanna confront the person he left behind years ago, tho they both weren't together to begin with. But feelings were mutual he knew. But he was a coward, who just stood and stared when the person who he wanted to hold, confessed to him he could do nothing but stare. He could do nothing but break their heart. Yeosang could never forgive himself for that.

Soon they reached the palace, it has always given a different vibe. Soft colors of gold and cream, with thousands of different flowers in garden. It was all so beautiful. The smell, it felt so if familiar, it made his nerves at ease. The flowers they smelt all like her. And then Yeosang was again reminded of the past events. Events he left years behind. The memories of them stayed with him tho, all these years. Haunting and taunting him..
Mocking him, telling him that how much of coward he was.

"Here goes nothing." He hears Joshua muttering under his breath. It must be hard for him too. After all this was a place he used to live for years. "Welcome Master." The old good butler Mr.Wang, greeted them. As usual in his soft voice. His calm and gentle manner were something Yeosang and Joshua both had seen so closely. "Thank you Mr. Wang. How are you?" Joshua asks, with same gentleness.
"I'm in good health. How are you feeling?"
"Not so good."
"Understandable." Old man nods and leads them, to the study room of the king of the kingdom.

They reached the big room and Mr. Wang knocked on it. Gently, he asks for permission and a voice replies with a "come in". A voice Joshua never heard for a long time now but he knew every bit of it. He still could hear the carefree hunch in it. They enter and his eyes meets. To the person he never wanted to see again but at same time did so much that his heart hurted. Very much. "Welcome to my humble abode. It's been long huh."
King Jeonghan says, eyes twitching with happiness and an ever lasting smile on his face. Joshua knew it was genuine and before he knew he also had the same expression spreaded on his own face. Maybe coming here wasn't that much of a bad decision after all..

They explained Jeonghan about their situation. They told him that HE was back and now held Jungkook. A person Jeonghan was so thankful to. Jeonghan became serious as soon as he heard the name. And they knew that no one but Jeonghan can help him in finding his location.

"Brother See I have these colors combination but I don't know what would suit the venue. Should I go with rose gold or cream gol-" her sentence comes to a halt as soon as her eyes lay on the guests settled inside her brother's study room.
She blinked, and blinked and then repeated the same action for a while. Realizing she intruded, she bows her head, immediately asking for an apology. "I'm really sorry, I didn't realized brother had guests over. Please forgive my intrusion brother-in-law." Joshua smiles and gets up. He walks towards her and pats her head. "Oh dear, don't be. It's been long since I last saw you. How're you doing?"
He asks, his smiles wavering as he notices the sad look in her eyes. "Same as before."
She says, her pale and thin hands trembling.
Her eyes still as beautiful tho. And Yeosang couldn't help but get lost in them.
