Wolffe was talking to Ranger Nate Lambert but felt as if he was being distracted. "You will have to find a new co-pilot. Amara Noami is being dismissed from the program." Marshal Sato said with a grim look on his face. This frustrated Wolffe "Are you insane? I didn't choose Amara Normandy Omega did, I can't just go through other cadets and hope for the best! Besides she and I are practically two halves of the same person. One more thing, and you know this as well as I, if I leave both the Gypsy Danger and the Normandy Omega are coming with me on orders from your boss." Wolffe smirked while the Marshal remained steadfast in his decision of dismissing Amara. "Marshal the Jeager was equipped with Shao technology" Jake said as he walked into the room. Sato nodded as he walked out towards the bay. Wolffe on the other hand made his way to the Normandy Omega to see what could be done to help his current situation. "All pilots, Engage Hostiles." Wolffe heard over the P.A. disregarding the order he ran out to find Amara and the other cadets because although they didn't spend time together as a team he would still need others that he trusted his life with. Wolffe was not prepared for what he saw, Titan redeemer had fallen over with Jules lying on top of Nate and the other cadets head to them along with Jake and Amara. Making a quick decision Wolffe sprinted over to the Titan Redeemer. When he reached his objective, he was engulfed in a hug almost immediately by Amara then the drones fired missiles that went straight for the command area "All pilots, drones in the field are opening breaches all along the pacific rim." After the Marshal said that the missiles impacted and killed everyone in the command room. Jake held his arm out and said "Stay here, we're gonna try to get to Gypsy. You ready for this?" he asked Nate, "No,you?" "No. on three. one...two" Jake started counting downwhen over the radio Gottlieb asked "Hello? Anyone there?" causing everyone to sigh in relief. 

Jake: "Gottlieb?" 

Gottlieb: "Jake! Thank God. " 

Jake: "We're under attack! You need to force Liwen to shut down the drones!"

Gottlieb: "It isn't her. It isn't Liwen. It-it was Newt. The Precursors, they've infected him. They're controlling his mind. "

Nate: "Gottlieb, can you get him to disable thee drones?"  

Gottlieb: "No, he got away." 

A/N: I know this is a good story, I wanted to just give everyone a heads up that the above is only when Wolffe can hear a full conversation any other time the will be "..." in between words.

It was at this point that the drones had decimated almost all of the Jaegers and pilots.

Jake: "Gottlieb, what the hell is going on? Gottlieb!"

As Jake was talking to Gottlieb Amara gripped Wolffe's arm tighter as one of the drones noticed them. The pilot of Titan Redeemer used the last of his energy to shoot it in the head. the was killed by the second drone with a stomp on the head of Titan Redeemer. 

Jake: "Gottlieb, shut'em down or we're gonna die! Shut'em down!

Soon after Jake yelled into his commlink the drone gripped its head in what seemed like pain. The head preceded to explode. The explosion caused the drone to fall on to Titan Redeemer's mace.

Gottlieb: "Liwen has disabled the drones. The breaches are closed. I repeat the breaches are closed. Oh,no."

Jake: "'Oh, no' what?"

Gottlieb: "Three kaiju have gotten through South Korea, Russian coast and East China sea. Two Cat 4's and a Cat 5."

Jake: "Copy that. Get back to the dome. We're going to need all the help we can get.

As they worked to help the injured Wolffe stood looking for Jules who was walking through the ruble. "What do we got?" Nate asked though Wolffe wasn't expecting much. "The reports are still coming in, but drones took out Jaegers and shatter domes across the Rim." Jules replied, this statement made Wolffe cringe internally. "All right. How many Jaegers do we have here?" Jake asks. "Operational? Gypsy Avenger, barely." Jules said much to Wolffe's surprise and the two ranger's shock. "That's it?" Nate asked. "Yeah." came the quick reply. "Okay, we need more Jaegers up and running or this is gonna be a short fight." Jake said. "Even if we can, all of our other pilots are either dead or severely injured." Jules responded. "One disaster at a time. Let's just focus on those Jaegers." Nate said. Jake looked over to where Wolffe and Amara were "Wolffe and Smallie, come over here. Smallie, I need you to help Jules with repairs. Wolffe I need you upstairs devising and maintaining a proper plan of action. Can you two do that?" Jake asked the two. "I though I was kicked out." Amara said and Wolffe smiled saying at the same time as Jake "I'm kicking you back in." the man looked at his nephew and smiled. "She's pretty good at turning junk into Jaegers. You good with that?" Jake asked turning to Nate who looked at Amara. "Hell yeah." was the answer the group got. "Right, we have alot of work to do and not a lot of time." as Jake was about to continue Cadet Ryoichi yelled to the assembled "We've got incoming!" Out of the night came a fleet of Shao Industries dropships with Gottlieb coming to the door of one saying to the assembled group of people "I brought some help!" as he came down the stairs with Liwen following him. Wolffe grins as he and Gottlieb start to walk and talk as they go to a secondary command area. "Hakuja, Shrikethorn and the big fella, Raijin. I took the liberty of assigning the designations." Gottlieb said. "Well, the spiky guy and the big idiot are moving away from the cities and towards the ocean. What does that mean?" he asked. "Maybe they're trying to link up Hakuja in the East China sea." Liwen said. "Yeah I bet Newt would know what they're up to, if we can get it out of him." Jake said as he walked towards the map. "Yeah, if we could find him first." Nate replied. "Any Jaegers closer to those Kaiju than us?" Jake asked as Wolffe walked up to the map with a grim expression. "What was left of the Chin-do and Sakhalinsk domes tried to intercept- emphasis on tried. I'm afraid we're on our own." Gottlieb  said. "There's got to be something here. Something in the East China sea." Nate said then Wolffe's face lit up. "I need a map of all movements from the Kaiju during the war." Wolffe said walking around the map. "Nate, in one of your lessons you told me we need to know our enemies objectives to know we've beaten them. What if the Kaiju weren't just blindly attacking our cities during the war? What if we were just in their way?" Wolffe posed the question to the group. "They were going to Mount Fuji, Japan. One of the only active Volcanos left in the rim." "Rare earth elements." Gottlieb says drawing the attention of the room. "Mount Fuji is a Volcano rich in rare earth elements. Kaiju blood reacts extremely violently with rare earth elements is the basis of my fuel- thruster experiments." he continued. "Whoa that sounds bad. That's bad right?" Nate asks Liwen and Wolffe. The two share a look of concern, "Very, Mount Fuji's active, a geological pressure point." Liwen says. "Based on blood to mass ratio of the Kaiju, the reaction would cause a cascade event, igniting the Ring of Fire around to Pacific Rim. Billions of tons of toxic gas and ash will spew into the atmosphere wiping out all life." Wolffe Continued for her. "Wiping out all life and finish terraforming the Earth for the Precursors." Gottlieb finished. "We can't let them reach mount Fuji." Nate said turning to Jake. "I'm gonna check with Jules for Jaeger repairs." Jake said. "Even if we had a hundred Jaegers, there's no way to intercept in time." Liwen pointed out. Wolffe turned to Gottlieb. "You are going to need to finish the fuel-thruster experiments. Can you do that quickly?" Wolffe asked a plan forming in his mind. "Understood." Gottlieb said as he quickly turned to Liwen for them to start.

"All Jeagers, sound off, go no go for launch" Jake said over comms. "saber Athena, go. Guardian Bravo, go.  Bracer Phoenix, let's go already." Wolffe smirked as Amara finished the 'Go, No go' sound off. "All Jaegers prepare for neural bridge connection. In 3...2...1 establishing connections now." Wolffe said into the comms. "All bridges are at 100% sir." one of the techs nearby said. Wolffe nodded at this "All pilots, prepare for launch in three, two, one" Wolffe turned and looked at Gottlieb who said "Ignition." Wolffe, Gottlieb, and the staff watched as the four Jaegers went to the sky. A little while later Wolffe heard yelling that there was movement headed towards the injured Kaiju "That's one of my automated factories. It was Newt, he's in Tokyo. Locating his position." Liwen said as Nate came over the comms saying "Hostiles closing one klick away and closing, fast!" and as the Ranger said this Wolffe ran to the display and watched unable to help as a hoard of Kaiju machines headed towards the Jaegers. Wolffe and the command crew watched in horror as three Kaiju merged into one, Wolffe turned to Herman and said "Can they do it?" in barely a whisper. The hub then got an alert from the dome itself show Liwen in the Jaeger, Chopper Headed to help the larger Jaegers.  Then Wolffe heard "All pilots, Eject." in Amara's voice and his heart dropped. "Amara coming in for assist." Wolffe almost yelled at her to not do that but he knew he couldn't stop her so he turned and started talking to one of the transport men as he asked them to move the Normandy Omega to the Shadow Basin Shatter dome. When Wolffe returned to the command center he immediately notice a lack of Gypsy Avenger on the scope but also a lack of the large Kaiju turning to the tech "Bring our people back." he said then he turned walking over to where he knew Liwen was and began to ask for certain upgrades such as a stealth field generator and mode for the remake of the Normandy Omega and as add-ons to the Gypsy Danger. "Amara!" Wolffe exclaimed as he saw the young woman get out of the transport. "I though I lost you!" he added. She just smirked, Wolffe saw Newt being taken to lock up and heard him say "You think this is over, huh? You think you've saved your crappy little world? We're gonna keep coming! We are never going to stop, and sooner or later," his voice is suddenly very distorted," Your luck is going to run out!" Wolffe walked up to Newt and said "Nah, the things in your head? The Precursors? Tell them humanity is not afraid. Tell'em, next time, they won't need to worry about coming for us, 'cause we're gonna come for them." as Wolffe finished Jake, Amara, and Nate all nodded their heads in agreement.

Wolffe then turned to Amara and looked her in the eyes, "We are going to Australia, if you would like. I already arranged for the Normandy Omega to be sent there with some upgrades. Who knows maybe we get to go on that date I've been planning." Wolffe finished as he walked away leaving a dumbstruck Amara to understand that he had just asked if she wanted to be his girl friend. Once Amara realized what he meant she flushed red and ran off to find him yelling "Wolffe, when I get my hands on you you will tell me all of your plans." making the adults that were left laugh at how this reminded them of how Mako and Reigh were. When Amara caught up to Wolffe he explained that the two of them were going to go on one or two date but then would have to go into suspended animation or a cryo tube until the world needed the as leaders.
