a sleeping marni and kevin woke up to the violent vibrating of both their phones. marni silenced her phone, snuggling back into the covers while kevin went to investigate.
they were being tagged in posts on the new york drill page. kevin rolled his eyes and turned his phone off. "stupid ass shit." he mumbled, putting his phone on dnd.
he turned back towards marni, acknowledging her as she slept. this was one of their many sleepovers that they've had over the past month.
this time they were parked in marni's room for the night, planning to go to school together even though kevin lived down the hallway.
marni enjoyed his presence, especially not wanting to be alone at the thought of her own brother wanting to hurt her. and kevin. oh kevin.
he just wanted to be around marni, so he took advantage of her always wanting to sleepover with him. kevin sighed, taking one last glance at her before pulling the blanket over him.
or attempting to at least. marni had wrapped herself in the blanket causing kevin to laugh. "marni bro." kevin shakes her as her body moved with every shake.
"marni bro, get the fuck up." kevin shakes her more violently, but she wasn't letting up. kevin sighs, resorting to just pushing her out of the bed completely and pulling the blanket over him.
"kevin perez." a now awake marni spoke. "yes my love." kevin laughs. "don't tease me bitch. why the fuck would you do that?" marni slaps him causing kevin to grip both wrists in one hand.
"marni, i never played with you. stop it." kevin says, causing the girl to calm down. "lay down. we got school in the morning." kevin moves back allowing marni to lay in front of him.
marni gets in bed, back turned towards kevin. "blanket?" marni rolls her eyes. "here." kevin throws the blanket around her.
"night night." kevin yawns as he slowly drifts back off to sleep. marni laid in bed, uncomfortable and cold. the blanket wasn't doing enough for her.
luckily for her, she had a human heating pad laying behind her. "kay." marni whispers softly. "hmm." kevin hums still not asleep yet.
"i'm cold." she speaks. "use the blanket." kevin mumbles. "i am. i'm still cold." marni says, still whispering.
"come." kevin wraps his arms around marni, pulling her closer to him. "better?" he asks. marni nods in response.
"night." kevin mumbles. "night night." marni says with a small smile on her face.

"ya was blowing up last night." gio tells the pair who had just came from their 5th period class. "i know. that shit woke me up at like 2 in the am bruh." kevin rubs his eyes, sitting down.
"i'm still lost. what was we on there for?" marni sits down at the lunch table, opening her bag of takis. "cause of marcus. just yapping his yib yibs." camrin shrugs.
"as always." dougie adds in. "have y'all seen rob? i haven't seen him since last week." marni says. gio sticks her hand out to get some chips and marni shakes the bag into her hand.
"thank you. but nah. i haven't seen him. i think he's been with rina or stuck with basketball." gio says, crunching on the red tortilla chip.
marni tiredly rests her head on kevin's shoulder. a look of confusion was shared amongst gio, arion, and camrin. "did i miss something?" camrin mouths to the other two.
"i think we all did." dougie mouths back as gio snaps a secret pic.
an upset robyn storms his way into the cafeteria, sitting next to marni. "what happened robby?" marni immediately lifts her head up, making kevin roll his eyes.
"why am i in all ya bullshit?" robyn asks the table, getting 'huh's?' and eyebrow raises as a response. "what are you talking about?" camrin asks.
"coach sat me out of the next three games because of marcus' bullshit. he saw the drill page." robyn puts his head in his hands.
"ima slap him up fa you." marni shakes her head. "yeah when you find him." dougie scoffs. "fuck is you saying?" marni raises an eyebrow.
"i'm saying that ever since your brother was running around with the sweepers, he ain't been in the bronx." dougie shrugs.
"that's funny cause fallon was there when he went there, so what did your bitch ass little sister do?" marni questions, getting agitated.
"fallon would bitch slap you." dougie says. "eh.." gio drops her head. cam, kevin, and robyn stare at other things.
"fuck is yall tryna say?" dougie slams his hands against the lunch table, getting everyone's attention. "marni would whoop fallon, respectfully." gio bites the inside of her cheek.
"my sister could fight, what the fuck." dougie took very much offense to this. "no of course she can, she my lil sis. but marni, marni is something else, dougz. she's giving your sister the belt." camrin shrugs.
"fuck all y'all. i'm out." dougie angrily stands up and walks away. "whose going after him?" camrin asks. "nigga this ain't no tv show. he'll be ight." kevin says, resting his head on top of marni's.
"is there something i missed?" robyn asks the pair. "whatchu mean?" marni questions. "y'all laid up on each other like a few months ago, ya wasn't ready to kill each other." robyn speaks.
"and y'all be having sleepovers." gio adds. "no invite is crazy." camrin shakes his head. "damn, gang up much?" marni raises her hands in defense.
"we got over the beef and we cool now." kevin shrugs. "are y'all fucking?" camrin asks the pair with a mischievous smile on his face.
"what the fuck?" kevin and marni state in unison. "when was the last time y'all didn't sleepover at one another's house?" gio questions.
marni shrugs. "last weekend." kevin states. "so two days out of a month. y'all definitely hunching." robyn says causing gio and camrin to laugh.
marni rolls her eyes in response and flips the whole table off. "we just friends." marni says, getting up. "where you going?" gio asks.
"to play with my pussy." marni walks off towards the bathroom. kevin gets up to go follow her. "she need you to wipe her?" camrin asks, earning a slap on his forehead.
kevin sits back down and rolls his eyes. "y'all are fucking annoying."
