Chapter 3 - Sick?

RINGGGG... The bell rang its final ring, dismissing the class.

"Come on, Y/N-chan." Akito said, shaking you from your nap on the desk.

"Mmhmm..." you mumbled. "Waaaaaait..."

"Come on, let's go." Akito dragged you up from the desk. You felt light-headed and your head really really hurt. You felt like you were about to throw up any moment.

"You okay? Your face looks pretty pale."

"...No." you mutter, not looking at Akito. "I don't feel well."

"Come on, get up." You leaned on Akito for support, you felt too weak to do anything.

"Akito-kun~~ I feel nauseous..." you say. 

"It's okay. School's over now. Let's go." he says.

You feel really bad right now. You wrap your arm around Akito, as you lean on him for support. You feel like throwing up, and your body is aching.

As you get out of school bounds, Ena approaches you and Akito.

"Hey, Y/N-san, you okay?"

"No..."

"Y/N-chan is sick." says Akito matter-of-factly, interrupting the conversation. "Let's get her to our place."

"Ugh... thanks, guys." You muster a weak smile.

You walk home with Akito and Ena. Good thing it was a short walk, because you would have passed out if you walked any longer...

When you reach the Shinonome apartment, Akito guides you to a room, probably his.

You flop down on the bed and rub your head. Running your fingers over your forehead, you realize you are heating up.

Ena comes into Akito's room with a cup of tea. "Feel better, Y/N-chan~"

Ugh, you feel like passing out. The pain is really bad.

"Akito-kun, Ena-san, I'm heating up..." you mutter. 

"Akito, get the thermometer now!!" Ena yells.

"Yo, chill!! I will, okay?" Akito shouts back.

You lie down on the pillow and slowly drink the tea Ena made. Akito comes back with the thermometer, and takes your temperature. "Oh, shit, 102 degrees!" Akito runs out of the room and comes back with a wet towel. He places it on your head.

"Mm, thanks." Akito rubs the towel over your forehead. 

"My head hurts. I think I'll rest." you said. "Thank you."

You lay on the bed with the towel on your forehead and tried to sleep. It had been an hour, Ena had left to go somewhere with Mizuki, and you were left alone with Akito.

"I can't sleep." you say.

"Well, I can't do anything about it, Y/N-chan." says Akito.

He crouches at the side of your bed. "It's okay, get better, Y/N-chan~"

"Mm, thanks, Akito-kun~"

Akito kisses you on the cheek and sits there at the side of your bed. Ahh, I wish I would get better... Soon, Akito falls asleep on the floor and you do too. 

You're feeling much better already. It's dark out, so you must have slept for a while. Guess you'll be staying at Akito's house tonight.

"Goodnight, Akito-kun~" you whisper softly.
