Equipment: Y/N, or Kessler, is often not seen with much protection. Usually wearing a yellow jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. However when fighting seriously, he is seen wearing this:

However his weapon of choice is a handcrafted speciality heard being called 'The Amp'. A duel pronged baton, capable of channeling his -already lethal- electricity. It contracts and extends whenever needed and is rarely seen without its owner. Any attempts to retrieve the weapon have been failures due to a multitude of reasons. Kessler either recalls the weapon with lightning or has another villain, who uses portals, to get it back to him.

Q.Desc: Similar to most lightning quirks, this allows the user to produce, control, conduct and be incredibly resistant to electricity. However this specific iteration of the quirk, seems to be beyond the normal capabilities of typical lightning quirks. Another unique factor of this quirk is its colouration seems to switch depending on the users wants, sometimes it's seen blood red entirely or black with a red glow.
