As the sun dipped below the horizon, she realized she was lost. It was dark all around her. Panic engulfed her heart as she howled into the night, hoping her pack would hear her and come to her rescue.
She collapsed to the ground, crying and wishing she would be rescued. Her tears fell to the dry dirt ground, puddling in front of her face. She looked in her reflection and remembered how her siblings had always treated her. She also remembered how she wished she lived alone, but now knowing she was wrong. Avyri thought about her mom. She missed her even though it had o my been a couple hours since their last encounter. Avyri cried more but eventually dozed off.
Days turned into weeks, and Avyri wandered through the unfamiliar territory, relying on her instincts to find her way back. She encountered many challenges along the way, from treacherous cliffs to fierce predators, but Avyri's determination never wavered. She refused to give up on finding her pack and returning home.
