Last night was filled with gushy compliments and loving looks, it was a couple hours later when Minho had to leave but Jisung was just happy by the fact he didn't get them both caught and get into some trouble. Still, he couldn't believe that he had snuck his crush over and it was really fun to just talk and maybe look at each other for a few minutes.
When Minho went straight home it was maybe around midnight, he didn't know but he jumped right on his bed and grabbed a sheet of paper and a pen. Basically, at Jisung's house he spit out the words 'I love you' without actually having to say it. With each word he said to Jisung was him pouring his heart out, but he didn't just want to have to repeat those words again to actually show how much he liked (or loved) Jisung. And of course, he probably wouldn't express it.
And maybe he would just write a note and eventually show Jisung one day.
Dear Jisung,
'This may sound very formal, but this is my words for you. The first time I saw you—fuck I could've sworn it was like love at first sight. You were just so pretty with your round adorable glasses that framed your face perfectly, your soft looking chubby cheeks (do you like someone commenting on your cheeks?) anyways everything about you han jisung is perfect. God you could laugh, and I'd hand you a crown. I may just be a basketball player, but Jisung it is really more than just my love for basketball. Like, oh, when I kissed you that night, it was like the world stopped and it was only us living in it. Maybe it was a kiss from alcohol, though I don't know if you drank that night or maybe it was just a kiss. But I really hope it was more than that. Han jisung if my words weren't enough, I really do like you and I hope you do too. I had a lot of fun that night and I hope you did too.
-Lee Minho
He looked at the note with a soft smile, he really hoped he would be able to give this to Jisung without freaking the fuck out. Minho just really hoped that Jisung also had feelings for Minho.
Tonight, maybe was the best night besides when he kissed Jisung. Oh, how much he wanted to feel those soft cherry looking lips right on his again. You know, maybe longer of a kiss but if it was just a peck he would be happy. He was always happy when he was around Jisung.
Out of nowhere his door swung open.
"What are you still doing awake?" His sister questioned.
"How did you know I was awake before literally barging in here Danyi?" Minho stared at her and watched her eyes shift to the piece of paper.
"What's that?" She pointed.
"Nothing."
Danyi stepped closer reaching for it just for Minho to snatch it away and crumble it stuffing it into his backpack right next to his bed.
"Get out!" He swatted her hand away with a glare.
"You snuck out. I heard you." Danyi crossed her arms looking at the window that was closed.
"Okay? You're not mom, get out."
Danyi smirked, and oh how Minho knew that bent smile of evil. "I'm telling mom."
"No! You can't I will get into trouble, you bitch!" Minho stood up grabbing onto her wrist.
"What if I do?" She sneered trying to get her wrist out from her older brother's grip.
Minho glared at her, while she had the evilness still imprinted on that face of hers. "I will kill you."
"Get out!"
He pushed her out the door but when she tried to get back in, he closed it and locked it with a annoyed groan.
Now his letter was crumbled.

His feet hurriedly walked down the hallway, he was late to basketball practice, and they had a game soon. His coach usually was on top of this stuff and wanted his team to do the best and win. He hurriedly went through the door and ran to place his stuff down with a huff as he ran to where the rest of his team was. He stood next to his friend and glanced at the dude.
"Where's coach?" He whispered.
His teammate tugged at his arm then motioned towards the coach who was now walking towards them.
"Lee Minho, where were you?"
Fuck.
Minho looked around. "Sorry, I forgot..."
The coach looked at him.
"Are you telling the truth? You're never the one to just forget about practice."
Minho gulped. Maybe he was just waiting for Jisung to get out of the library to hand him the crumbled piece of paper.
"Sorry coach, I was just waiting for someone."
He heard a snap then. "There it is."
The coach walked up to him. "What a girlfriend?"
Minho shook his head.
"Just a friend."
He felt a hand get placed on his shoulder with a little shake. "Kid, I want you to focus on basketball. Whether you're dating or just having some fun, remember that this is important. Wait till the seasons over." The coach said turning around to walk away.
"Let's start practice."
How could here just focus on basketball? He didn't know basketball at the school was that serious, he wanted to be able to have fun and talk more with Jisung, maybe sort his feelings out a little bit more but he couldn't just focus on basketball. Though he did want to be on the team still and do good for his teammates and the coach, he still wanted to make him proud. He still was considered the best on the team so maybe he should start focusing more on basketball then some small crush.
A crush that he knew would be hard to forget for a little while, but if that was the thing to do to make both his team and coach proud then he would do it for them.
His dad always wanted Minho to be athletic too, but did he really care about his dad? His dad was a piece of shit. Minho didn't always talk to his dad because of how he acted towards his own son, everyone in his family. He was sad his mom just stood around dealing with the shit his dad tossed to them.
But something inside of him still wanted to impress his father and hope that he would actually be proud of him for once in his damn life. He caught the ball that was passed to him and just stared down at it.
Just once in his life he would love for his father to be proud of him and his sister. Just one fucking time.
