The design and clothing of Yandere Russian Empire was one I had back in May 2023 literally drawn in my school device, and I kind of wanted to keep it like that since the IRL Tsar design is too complex and detailed.
Well, anyways, drawing Russian Empire reminds me of that phase I once had back in June where I loved Russian Empire and I would always go like: MARRY MEEE! (I still love him sm btw)
