Copia pushed the big wooden doors to the common room open and steps inside, followed by Aether and Multi, who The stops in his tracks as he takes in the scene in front of him.
The common room was a rather big room, though it doesn't seem like anything special with a set of doors leading in and out of the room, a walk through to what seems like a kitchen and eating area, and a spiral staircase on the opposite side of the doors leading up. A big couch stands in the middle of the room, facing the TV that is on the left wall. A few plants are here and there. On the right side are a few beanbags and a small couch table that seems to build a small reading and relaxing area, with a bookshelf in the corner next to the doors.
A few Ghouls with the same uniform Multi and Aether, just without masks and in their Ghoul form, are seen sitting around and interacting with each other. A Fire-ghoul, who is shorter than Multi, is sitting on the couch with a guitar in hand while seemingly arguing with an Air-ghoullett, who is shorter than him, about something that seems to be about something totally random because the Fire-ghoul just said in a rather loud voice "I don't give a shit. That guy was hot as fuck in that movie. But that doesn't make me want to fuck his dad."
An Earth-ghoul and a Water-ghoul, the first being taller and the later being shorter than Multi, are sitting in the beanbag area, reading a book and listening to music over headphones so they don't have to listen to the bickering of the Fire-ghoul and the Air-ghoullett. And another Air-ghoulett is in the kitchen, making herself something to munch on.
The Multi-ghoul was caught off guard by these Ghouls and Ghoulletts just sitting and interacting with each other without trying to actively kill one another.
I know they are a pack.. but this is still unusual.. the last time I saw a pack living topside, they all tried to rip the other ones throat out an-
His thought was being disrupted by a certain Quintessence-ghoul who gave him a small push after seeing that the taller Ghoul stopped.
"Come on now, let's get the introduction over with."
He grumbles while not even looking at the other who just rolls his eyes at the shorter Ghoul.
"Ghouls and Ghoulletts!"
Copia calls out with a smile, everyone going quiet in the room and all the attention going to the Cardinal who is now standing in the middle of the room.
"Come here, I have a new Ghoul to introduce to you. Please be nice,"
He adds while the others already walk over to him.
Oh, they're all very obedient, I see.
slightly disappointed.
"Okay, well.. I'm Mountain, an Earth-ghoul."
Mountain introduces himself with a friendly demeanour before the Fire-ghoul continues.
"Sodo. Fire-ghoul."
"I'm Cumulus, an Air-ghoullett!"
"Cirrus, also an Air-ghoullett, nice to meet you!"
The two Ghoulletts introduce themselves with a smile while giving a little nod to Multi, who nods back with a soft smile before looking over at the Water-ghoul.
"Rain.. Water-ghoul.."
He mutters while trying to keep eye contact with the Multi-ghoul and fidgeting with the webbing between his hands as they do so.
Multi smiles softly and nods in response while breaking eye contact with Rain, not wanting to make the shorter Ghoul uncomfortable.
"You know me, but just to say it again, I'm Aether, a Quintessence-ghoul."
Aether's voice pulls his attention over to the Quintessence-ghoul again, the soft smile slightly fading since the shorter Ghoul still has a bit of a hatred towards him.
"Aether, please show Multi his room so he can finally get some rest. It has been a very stressful day for him."
Copia orders the Quintessence-ghoul, who gives off a small grumble but signs the other to follow him as he walks towards the staircase.
"Thank you, Cardinal."
The Multi-ghoul smiles at him before waking past Rain to Aether, noticing the Water-ghoul looking at him as he walks past.
"Everyone else, go back to what you did before!"
The Cardinal announces while clapping his hands together and walking out of the common room.
AN: This is a bit longer chapter since the last one was rather short-
I tried my best with, describing the designs in a way that makes sense, but I struggled a bit bc my English gave up a few times during this- but anyway- this is acceptable, I think-
P.s. I will probably be doing poly ghouls, but I don't know yet. What I do know, tho is that I will do Swiss and Rain, since someone requested it and I said I would do requests (also the ship is cute)
And again, I would love taking requests for what should happen in this little story, like little ideas, if fluff, angst, or others, and what if I should bring some of the old Ghouls into this, or maybe the Papa?
