~Time skip a week or so into being a florist in Mondstadt!~

Amaani woke to the smell of fresh greenery and... pancakes? She looked to her side where Mother was to sleep last night and noticed the bed neatly made. She rubbed her eyes and got up slowly as her bare feet padded across the cold wooden floors downstairs into the main part of the shop. The smell of pancakes got heavier as she reached around the wall blocking her vision from Mother Hua coming in with two plates of breakfast.

"Oh Mother!" Amaani exclaimed fixing her robe before grabbing the plates from her. Y/N just giggled and shook her head, "You know I'm capable of holding those plates on my own?" Amaani shot her a look before responding,

"You shan't need to carry these things Mother. let me at least escort you back to our living space. It seems like you've already been gracious enough to gather us food for the morning." She slightly bowed her head with her eyes closed. Y/N in response patted Amaani's hair and continued up the steps before her, "Of course my daughter."

Amaani looked up at her mom stepping up the stairs with a tight smile before skipping up the steps after her.

When they sat down and ate Y/N inquired about the apprentices, the shop, and what they should do to make their skills replicate-able here in Mondstadt. "This sounds like a good plan." Y/N nods her head finishing her last bite, "I'll head downstairs to the shop and prepare. You should wash up and get ready before the apprentices get here."

The early morning sunlight spilled through the open windows, casting a warm glow on the wooden floors of the flower shop. The aroma of fresh blooms filled the air as Y/N, adorned in her modest brown florist apron, moved with purpose around the space. Amaani followed closely behind, a serene smile gracing her features.

The sound of the doorbell chimed, announcing the arrival of the apprentices. Erik and Lucas stepped into the shop, their eyes immediately drawn to the vibrant colors that surrounded them. Mother Hua turned with a welcoming smile, her eyes reflecting the nurturing spirit that defined her.

"Good morning, my dear apprentices," she greeted, her voice a soothing melody. "Are you ready for another day of discovering the beauty within these petals?"

Erik, with his tousled hair and an eager gleam in his eyes, responded first. "Absolutely, Miss Y/N! We're ready to learn."

Lucas, a bit more reserved but equally enthusiastic, added, "The shop looks even more enchanting today."

Mother Hua chuckled, her gaze shifting to Amaani. "Well, my dear, that's the magic Amaani brings to this place. Now, let's get started, shall we?"

Amaani, with a graceful nod, gestured towards the workstations. "Indeed, Y/N. The enchantment begins with the hands that tend to these blooms."

The apprentices joined in, their hands eager to delve into the world of petals and stems. They guided them through the process, demonstrating the delicate art of arranging flowers with a finesse that only true masters could possess.

About mid-day the bell above the flower shop's entrance tinkled cheerfully, and in skipped two energetic figures—Klee, with her fiery attitude, and Diona, a bit more reserved but equally spirited. Their eyes sparkled with mischief as they approached Mother Hua, who was carefully arranging a bouquet behind the counter.

"Miss! Miss!" Klee exclaimed, bouncing on her toes. "Can we play with you today?"

Diona, trying to maintain a semblance of composure, added, "Yeah, we heard you're doing something fun, and we wanna be a part of it!"

Mother Hua turned, her eyes lighting up at the sight of the two mischievous youngsters. They had come by a couple of times since they arrived at the shop and it was no secret that Y/N loved having them around. No one opposed the two coming in and livening up the place so they let Y/N have her fun with the children as it seemed to make her rather bright throughout the day. Amaani, the ever-watchful head priestess, couldn't help but be amused by their infectious enthusiasm. The way Y/N looked at those two littles reminded her of the way Mother Hua looked at her; with fondness and joy.
