Part - 8

One week went by...

Taehyung and Jungkook became more close as the days went by. Jungkook daily wished good morning, good night to the elder. Though the elder was a late sleeper and late to rise as well. But he always replied to the pretty junior. They always started their conversations with small talks like how was other's day or what was the other doing. As days went by their number of total chats also increased. 

Today was monday . Jungkook came to college as per his usual time and was looking for Jimin but his phone starts ringing. He took his phone out from his left pocket of the baggy jeans and saw Tae was calling. He received the call immediately . 

"Hello Kookie "

" Yes hyung"

" Can you come to the Annex building ? like right now?"

"Ok hyung . But what happened hyung ?"

" Just come right now Kookie . I wanna tell you when you are here."

" OK hyung. I'm going. Just wait a minute .... or maybe 5 minutes."

After that Kookie started to run to the Annex building. He saw a familiar figure running to him. He stopped seeing the elder who came in front of him and was panting from running. 

" I've got really great news for you. " said Tae.

Jungkook looked at him with curious eyes.

"Guess what happened. You ranked first in the hackathon. Can you believe it?" , said Taehyung while jumping excitedly .

Jungkook was grinning ear to ear displaying his bunny teeth. He was too happy from the inside. Not because he came first, he likes winning. But seeing someone you love, happy and this much excited because of your achievement is truly a blessing. He was just happy seeing Tae smile.

Seeing smiling face of the younger did something amazing to the elder . His heart was racing and he felt butterflies in his stomach. He felt like cupid shot him an arrow. He noticed Kook's twinkling doe eyes , chubby cute cheeks, pink luscious lips, his boopable nose, the mole unnder his lips. Was he always this pretty? His eyes, how can anyone have a whole galaxy in his eyes , just how! His cheeks were always this soft? Like it was made of cotton candy. He got an overwhelming wish to bite his soft cheeks and prove his theories.

He couldn't control his overwhelming emotions and hugged the younger. He always hugs his friends . He always was a very cuddly person but he never got the feeling. Like he was melting from inside but he wanted to melt like this always. Like you are burning from inside but you like this feeling , you don't want it to stop. He can always hold him like these forever and ever. He nudged his nose to youngers neck , a sweet intoxicating baby smell overpowers his every other senses. The baby scent was too addictive for him. He felt like he was drowning in deep and he couldn't breath anymore.

His whole body was trembling and he knew if this went on for sometime he might do something which he would regret later. He somehow managed to let go of Kook. But he couldn't met eyes with the younger . So he quickly said, " Soooo... It was all. Iguess you have classes now and I have classes too. You s..should get to classes. Classes are important . I guess we'll talk afterwards. Bye."  Then the elder ran to the opposite direction like he was chased by some wild animals.

Jungkook was confused. He loved the way the elder hugged him. He was ecstatic but then Tae ran rambling something he couldn't understand. Maybe Tae had an important class or something , the younger thought that and went to his class. 

Then suddenly Jimin held his shoulder by his arms and asked him , " What was happening there baby? And don't even try to act all innocent because I saw everything with my own eyes."

Kook replied "what?"

Chim said, " Yeah .. I saw everything . How you guys were in each others arms not giving a single f*ck about others. "

" That was just a friendly hug. Nothing more than that . We won the Hackathon and he was just happy about it."

"Aha?? Don't bluff me Kookie. I know what is a friendly hug and what is more that that . okay?"

" okay okay... I'll tell you everything but first we have to get to class ... please please. just come with me now." , saying that Kook pulled his one arm and dragged Chim to the classroom.

Taehyung was really worried about what happened earlier. He thought about all the possibilities that could have been the reason. Lastly he concluded that maybe he had an anxiety disorder or he was low on sugar or something else. Yeah, he can be really dumb sometimes. He was never really good with his feelings. That's why he was friendly with many but had the least number of friends.

Tae was lost in his thoughts then he remembered that he had to tell Kook about the prize distribution function earlier but he forgot totally. He thought about messaging the younger.

I forgot to tell you earlier. There is a prize distribution ceremony in the university in the upcoming sunday. So be ready at 10, I'll pick you up.

There was a ding sound from his pocket so, Kookie checked his phone and seeing the older's message he became all smiley. Seeing his bestie grinning ear to ear Chim started teasing.

" What's with the smile, kook? Bro in law said something?" , said Jimin.

Kookie rolled his eyes but typed a fast response to the message and then he send it.

Okay hyung.

" Chim..lower your voice. What are you even saying! Hyung just said that this sunday we'll go to the university", said Jungkook.

" So... It's like a date . Right?" - Jimin.

" No .. It's not. And there's nothing going on like that. You are making things up." - Jungkook.

" All jokes aside. Kook you should talk to him this sunday. "

" Talk about what?", asked Kook.

" You know.. About your crush on him." - Jimin.

" I c..can't do that. ", said Kook with nervous eyes.

" But if this goes on.. Your feelings will increase. How can you handle then! "

" But if h..hyung stops talking to me. What will I do then! I can't...I really can't " , said Kook almost tearing up.

" But I don't want you to get hurt Kook. I know it will be hard.. But promise me you'll try." ,said Jimin taking Kook's hand in his hand.

" I know Chim...You always think what's best for me. But I don't think I can do it. But I'll try, for you." , said Kook hugging Chim.
