THE ROGUE PRINCE
CHAPTER FOUR
25th of 3rd moon of 113AC

◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈

Maegor has been living at Dragonstone for six moons now. On the orders of his father, Daemon, Maegor flew to King's Landing in order to retrieve a dragon's egg to put on the cradle of a future sibling.
Maegor chose the egg of the deceased heir of the King.

A ship flying the Targaryen banner sails in Dragonstone's shore. Maegor, Daemon and Daemon's lover, Mysaria plus a few men of the City Watch come greet the people who came into their home.
Meeting them in the middle of the long bridge that unites the gate to the actual castle. The Lord Hand, Otto Hightower, Ser Harrold Westerling, Criston Cole, now made a Kingsguard, Grand Maester Mellos, a few household men and two dragonkeepers, they have clearly come for the egg.
Maegor walks taller than six moons before, standing at 5'10" (179 cm), his hair longer also, now reaching his mid back, eyes still as lilac as they have ever been, but now, a slight stubble platinum blonde beard, sharpening his jawline even more. Egg on one hand, the other on the hilt of his sword, accompanying his father with every move.

"Welcome to Dragonstone, Otto." Daemon says, smirking.
"Your occupation of this island is at an end. You're to relinquish the dragon's egg, disband your army, banish your whore, and leave Dragonstone by order of His Grace, King Viserys." Otto tells his rival.
"And where is the King? I don't see him." Daemon provokes.
"His Grace would never lower himself to entertain such a mummer's farce." Otto says.
"Ser Crispin, wasn't it?" Daemon asks Cole.
"Ser Criston Cole, my Prince" he says.
"Apologies, couldn't recall." Daemon jests.
"Perhaps my Prince recalls when I knocked him of his horse." Cole taunts.
"Perhaps you recall when I knocked you of your horse and beat you in hand-to-hand combat, kind Ser." Maegor calmly says. Making Daemon laugh.

"This is a truly pathetic show, Daemon

"This is a truly pathetic show, Daemon. Are you so desperate for the King's attention that you've resorted to sending your son to skulk about like a common cutpurse?" Otto asks.
"Careful there, Otto. I'm simply keeping with the traditions of my house, the same my brother did for his heir." Daemon says.
"Those traditions are for trueborn children of royalty, not for bastards fathered on a common whore." Otto says, giving Mysaria a despising look.
