"This," Horace said as he gestured to the the looming building in front of the two boys, "is where I... grew up, in a way. I'd show you the rest of Cairnholm but it's still the 1940s out there... and we'd have to go through the bog... and it'd ruin your suit and mine so best not" Horace smiles

"Do the others know?" Julius asked "how did they react?" He tilted his head, even if he was 50 years 'younger' than Horace he still had the same issues 'growing up' when he did.

"No more shocking than Hugh and Fiona" Horace replied reassuringly, he goes to ask the other boy the same question before stopping, and asking a whole other question "so how are you healing?"

"Are you still worried about me? The battle was weeks ago, I'm fine now" he pauses before adding "especially since I get to see your cute face"

"So I guess that dream was a prophetic dream" Horace smiles, his cheeks hues a faint red

"Oh, so you knew I was going to say that?" Julius laughs softly
He looks around at the topiary in the garden "it truly is gorgeous, peculiars who control living things have always been so fascinating to me... controlling this living thing, and bending it to your will? Truly marvelous, even if it their peculiarity"

Horace just watched the other boy speak with a soft smile 'never in a million years did I imagine that this would be my future... but boy am I glad it is'

Julius smiles softly at Horace "sorry, I seemed to have rambled there. Where are we going?"

"Follow me" Horace offers his arm and leads the boy on a tour of the house and garden
