1. Derek was never with Meredith. He never even showed her an interest.
2. Derek was secretly falling in love with Nikolina during his marriage and didn't even know it himself. But he had been faithful to his wife.
3. Somethings will stay the same as the series some things will change and not and be not canon.
Realm 2:
Twilight:
1. This one will follow the storyline as is written. There will only be minor Bella bashing and Edward bashing. The later revisitation to the Twilight realm will be more along the lines of what I usually write.
