It was a warm winter's day at Button House and the snow seemed to melt in the sun, which was shining as brightly as ever. Some of the inhabitants of the huge house were gathered in the kitchen. Most of them weren't even able to eat, but that didn't stop them from looking and smelling at the meal Lady Heather Button had just cooked.
"See, that's what you call a good meal, look at that perfectly fried egg there, mate," said one of them, "Well, I must say it looks delicious," said the head he carried in his arms. "Hmph, don't look like bum, so don't like it," said the third and last dead person in the room.
The owner of the big house, Lady Heather Button, took her plate and ate her fried egg at the big table, but had to stop when she heard ambulance sirens. At first she thought it was just someone driving by. Then she thought it was an accident on the road, but when it got louder she got curious, maybe it was for someone in the neighbourhood, which wasn't unusual as there were many elderly people living in the area. She got up as quickly as it was possible for an lady of her age and went to the entrance of Button House. The ghosts from the kitchen followed her to see what was making such a loud noise, except for the ape-looking one who tried to imitate it. Then they met three of the other ghosts from the house: the politician with no trousers, the soldier from the Second World War, and a Georgian-looking fellow with a rather nasty gunshot wound, who looked quite unhappy with all the noise: "How can one compose new poems when it's always so loud in this house?"
When Lady Heather Button reached the doorknob, she could finally see where the ambulance was headed to. To her surprise, it stopped right in front of her house. Two paramedics sprinted out of it, one went to get a gigantic backpack from the back of the vehicle and the other one ran up to Lady Heather Button. He wanted to ask her something, but before he could even begin to ask her something a young girl sprinted up to them, waving her hands in panic and telling them to follow her. Lady Heather Button, of course, recognised her as Felicity Beg-Chetwynde, the second born daughter of Barcley and Bunny Beg-Chetwynde, who were her next-door-neighbours. Closely behind Felicity were the remaining three ghosts of the Button estate, one was covered in ashes, another was wearing a white dress and had a rather disturbed expression on her face and the last one was smiling and crying at the same time and seemed rather unsure of what to feel. "SHE STAYS" was all she said as she processed what had just happened. "What do you mean Katherine?" said the WW2 officer, "I'll show, you follow me!".
So they all went down to the beautiful huge lake. Even Lady Heather Button who was expecting the worst after seeing Felicity's expression and she was to be proved right.
It was very loud, and you could hear people crying and screaming, while others were trying to comfort them. All these people were gathered around the almost completely frozen lake near Button House. Nearly, because there was that one huge hole which looked like the shape of a person. Currently on the ice were two men with ropes tied to their bodies to prevent them from falling into the icy lake. Of course, most of the ghost's attention went there first and the one with a arrow through his head wanted to start explaining something, but the Georgian woman was keen to lead them to a tree near the lake.
As they walked around it, they saw a woman with slightly curly black hair sitting against the tree, her hands pressed to her ears to block out what was going on behind her. She was soaked to the skin and her lips were coloured in a frightening shade of blue. It was just that colour where any normal Person would have said „go inside or you'll freeze to death". But everyone of the ghosts knew that there was no warning needed anymore.
The girl was already dead.

Also please tell me if the phrases are making sense or if I misspelled something because I'm german and my first language isn't english so there probably will be mistakes.
I'm so scared about the last Christmas special (istg if it's written by Ben Willbond...)
