Olivia's P.O.V.

So Edward is actually courting another girl, precisely a princess. And I thought I might have a chance with the guy.

I turned around and walked back towards the ballroom. I wasn't in the mood to be around him anymore, not after finding out there's another lady in the picture. I had no chance from the start.

I entered back into the room and looked around for Kaythlen. I looked to my left and right but I couldn't find her.

I saw Theodore walk towards the back of the room.

I chased after him and called out to him. he stopped and turned to find the source of the voice and noticed me. I waved him over and he walked over.

"Do you know where Kaythlen is, I can't find her," I rushed out to him. He looked around, and turned back to me and said no.

I rubbed my face and groaned, nearly destroying my make-up in the process.

Somebody tapped me on the shoulder and I turned around to see who it was.

Holy snapple apple, it was Edward and he didn't look very happy since I had ditched him in the rose garden.

"Why did you just leave and not say anything to me, I thought you ran off on me or something. I know that rabbit can be a bit startling but doesn't mean you should just leave me on my own and not say anything," he huffed all in all in one breath.

Well he seemed pissed. But I just look at him pretending I had no clue what he was saying. I turned back to Theodore and mouthed "help me" to him. He looked at me confused.

I give up on these men. Useless to see a damsel in distress even if it was right in front of them. Useless princes, but good looking. This world is doomed. Thank lord Kaythlen and I exist to protect it from guys who can't see what's in front of them.

Third Person View

As the clock struck 12, the two princes, Christopher and Theodore, escorted the two girls back into the carriage after they said their goodbyes and headed back to the castle they were staying at, but not for long.
