Skyler's POV

2 weeks later...

Today I'm flying to Londen. Ever since after my mother called her friend and she said yes, we have been shopping for new outfits and well whatever I might need in Londen or during my flight.

"Oh my gosh, can't you just get the hell out of here already?" My sister asks in a whiney tone irritating me. "It's already bad enough that it's not me and now you just have to rub it in our faces." She said with jealousy thick in her tone. I feel like I'm already starting to win.

"Oh sweet Lia if it was up to me I would've left the moment mom asked me if I wanted to go, but unfortunately it's not up to me so your just gonna have to suck it up and wait a few more minutes." I say to her in a high tone just to annoy her, stretching out the but. Bitch.

When we got into the car we drove to the airport. My family greeted me, but Louis and Lia didn't say bye without a few mean things but I don't give a fuck about them, I'm finally leaving this shitty place for good.

I boarded the plane the moment everything was in place, whooo Londen here I come.

When I got onto the plane I took my seat next to the window, there sat a young blond guy next to me. We didn't talk much but at least he didn't comment on my golden eyes.

After 9 hours of flying I finally arrived in Londen and I don't think I can be any happier than I am at the moment because this is my chance at a new life. I was busy getting my bags when mom called.

"Hi sweetie, I'm glad you made it to Londen in one piece." She said while laughing a little at her comment.

"Yes me too." I said not really knowing why she called.

"Well I just called to tell you that I got you a little surprise. It's already in Londen, but you will only get it on Friday when you go to Kim, but I love you and take care." She said and I couldn't wait until Friday to get it.

When I gathered all my bags I got a cab and went to the school. I dropped my bags and went to town for some new shoes and a warm jacket because it is freezing. I also got a few other things that I thought I might need.
After lunch, I walked for a while just to collect myself and be happy. I can't believe the massive turn my life just took.

"Pardon me, but will you please help me? I can't find my mommy and daddy." A little boy asked me while pulling my arm. His eyes full of tears. I looked into his eyes and bent down so we were at eye level, he pressed his wet cheek against my neck while crying and I just held the little boy for a moment.

"Oh honey, don't worry I'm sure they at close by. Give me a hug and then we can go look for them." I tell him and he shakes his little head up and down and then gave me a hug. I took his hand and started asking around if someone maybe saw someone with him or know something.

After 2 hours of searching we found them. He ran to them and they all looked so darn happy I just stood there and looked at them, wishing my family was like that.

His parents walked towards me smiling. "Thank you so very much, I dont know what I would have done if you didn't find him." The lady said to me with tears still fresh in her eyes and my heart was aching for my own mother at the moment. She hugged me again, so happy to have her little boy back. Then she gave me money and a number.

"If you ever need anything please feel free to call me and I will try my best to help you." She said. "Don't you want to join my family and I tonight, for supper so we can thank you properly?" She asks with pleading eyes.

"Ma'am I would love to but I am new here and not to be rude but I don't know you at all, but thank you for the invitation it's very kind of you." I said with apologetic eyes.

She smiled and said she understood and then gave me one more hug before leaving. Pew what a day, at least we found the little boy's parents.

I slowly made my way back to the school.

The next morning I went to the office and there was an old lady sitting there.

"Morning ma'am, I'm Skyler the new student." I said waiting for her to click.

"Oh, sorry dearie I totally forgot. Just give me a moment to print your time table and a map of the school." She said disappearing behind a door.

I was standing there awkwardly and suddenly heard shouting from outside, when the lady came out.

"Oh those boys, they are just so naugty." She said and a small smile appeared on my face.

The announcements was made and then it was also announced that everyone must got to the main hall.

All of the kids were seated in a hall when they called my name to go up to the front and be introduced to the school. I was walking to the front and felt everyone's eyes on me but somehow I felt confident and not scared. I felt powerful in a way as if I'm unstoppable.
I got to the top, looked at everyone and gave them my biggest smile, even though it felt like my heart was going to jump out of my body.

I was introduced as Skyler Wild and then it was my turn to talk to them.

"Hello everyone it's nice to meet all you and I can't wait to be part of you school and befriend all of you. It is so beautiful here and believe me I don't plan on leaving soon, even though it is very cold." I said and smiled while there was light laughter throughout the hall.

After another few important matter were handled, we were all dismissed and I walked back to the boarding house.
